Abstract

Die elektrische Maschine (1) hat einen Grundkörper (2), der zwei axiale Stirnseiten (4) sowie Nuten (7) zur Aufnahme von elektrischen Leitern eines Wicklungssystems (9) enthält. An jeder der Stirnseiten (4) ist jeweils eine Endscheibe (5) mit axial vorstehenden Umlenkzapfen (6) angeordnet. Die elektrisehen Leiter des Wicklungssystems (9) sind um die Umlenkzapfen (6) herumgeführt, so dass an jeder der Stirnseiten (4) jeweils ein Wickelkopf gebildet ist. Das Wicklungssystem (9) umfasst mehrere Teilwicklungen (12), die im Bereich der Wickelköpfe zumindest abschnittsweise axial benachbart zueinander angeordnet sind. Zwischen zwei im Bereich der Wickelköpfe axial benachbart zueinander angeordneten Teilwicklungen (12) ist in einer Überlappungszone (13) eine elektrisch isolierende Trennlage (14) aus einem zumindest in einem Grundzustand flexiblen mattenartigen Material vorgesehen.
