Abstract

Prüfvorrichtung zur Prüfung einer für eine Tieftemperaturanwendung vorgesehenen Dichtung, mit einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung, die zur Aufnahme einer zu prüfenden Dichtung einen Aufnahmeraum aufweist, mit einer mit dem Aufnahmeraum in fluidwirksamer Verbindung stehenden Versorgungseinrichtung zur Versorgung des Aufnahmeraums mit einem Prüffiuid, mit einer Messeinrichtung zur Bestimmung eines Volumens und/oder eines Volumenstroms und/oder einer Masse und/oder eines Massenstroms einer Leckagemenge des Prüffluids, welche mit dem Aufnahmeraum in fluidwirksamer Verbindung steht, und mit einer Kühleinrichtung zur Kühlung der Aufnahmeeinrichtung.
