Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft ein Verfahren sowie ein Werkzeug (1, 48) zur Herstellung eines T-Stringers, insbesondere im Luft- und Raumfahrtbereich. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zwei Vorgelegestreifen {3, 4) aufeinander gelegt werden, wobei einem ausbildenden Stringerfuß (60) zugeordnete Abschnitte (5, 6) der Vorgelegestreifen (3, 4) voneinander mittels Trennfolien (7, 8) beabstandet werden und einem Stringersteg (61) zugeordnete Abschnitte (14, 15) der Vorgelegestreifen (3, 4) direkt, insbesondere stoffschlüssig, miteinander in Anlage gebracht werden. In einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt werden die Vorgelegestreifen (3, 4) an den dem auszubildenden Stringersteg (61) zugeordneten Abschnitten (5, 6) in eine Einspanneinrichtung (1) eingespannt. In einem noch weiteren Verfahrensschritt werden die dem ausbildenden Stringerfuß (60) zugeordneten Abschnitte (5, 6) in entgegengesetzte Richtung (28, 29) mittels eines Auffaltdorns (25) gefaltet und mittels einer Andrückwalze (37) gegen entsprechende Druckflächen (23, 24) der Einspanneinrichtung (1) gepresst, so dass die Abschnitte (5, 6) sauber fluchten. Abschließend werden die nun gefalteten Vorgelegestreifen (3, 4) zu dem herzustellenden T-Stringer ausgehärtet. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren weist gegenüber bekannten Verfahren zur Herstellung von T-Stringern den Vorteil auf, dass eine geringere Anzahl von Schritten erforderlich ist, um einen T-Stringer herzustellen, und dass sich diese einfach automatisieren lassen.
