Abstract

L'invention porte sur un trocart (1) comprenant une section cylindrique allongée (2) ayant un rayon R et une partie distale (3) adjacente à la section cylindrique. La partie distale comprend deux surfaces convexes (4a, 4b), les deux surfaces convexes étant symétriques l'une par rapport à l'autre par rapport à un axe (5) du trocart. La partie distale comprend en outre deux arêtes incurvées (6a, 6b), chaque arête incurvée étant définie par l'une des deux surfaces convexes et la section cylindrique adjacente. Entre deux points d'extrémité (7a, 8a, 7b, 8b) de chaque arête incurvée latérale s'étend sur une corde (9a, 9b) à une extrémité distale de la partie distale. La partie distale comprend en outre une arête distale arrondie (11) à l'extrémité distale, l'arête arrondie étant définie par les deux surfaces convexes. Entre deux points d'extrémité de l'arête distale s'étend sur une corde (9b) à l'extrémité distale de la partie distale, et la longueur de chacune desdites cordes est égale au rayon R de la section cylindrique.
