Abstract

The present invention concerns a tracking unit, such as a transmitter for mounting in connection with an object, preferably a frame or a handlebar for a bicycle, a motorcycle or a moped, where the tracking unit communicates with a central positioning system, and a mounting tool for use in connection with mounting such a tracking unit. Such a tracking unit may be adapted for invisible mounting on or in a body, e.g. in a frame under the saddle or in a handlebar, where the tracking unit is encapsulated in a tamper-free enclosure.
