本申请要求于 2007 年 7 月 13 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710130688.5、 发明名称为"将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法、 系统及装 置"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
5 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种将用户状态通知应用服务器的方 法、 将用户状态通知应用服务器的系统、 服务呼叫会话控制功能、 及应用服务 器。
背景技术
0 随着技术的发展, 多媒体通信越来越广泛的被应用于移动通讯中,现在的 多媒体通信不仅仅是简单的视音频通信, 还包括即时消息、 同址浏览、 协同工 作、 流媒体等业务, 特别是新通信方式和传统语音融合的业务越来越受到用户 的欢迎。
基于现阶段因特网(Internet )和传统电信网络日趋融合的趋势, 为了满足 5 现在的终端客户更新颖、 更多样化多媒体业务的需求,各标准化组织提出了下 一代网络的概念, 在分组承载网基础上引入了全网际协议 (IP , Internet Protocol )业务网络架构的 IP多媒体子系统( IMS , IP Multimedia Subsystem )。
在 IMS系统中, 存放于用户签约服务器 (HSS , Home Subscriber Server ) 的服务签约( Service Profile )是一个用户签约信息的集合, 它包含和服务相关 :0 的用户签约数据,服务呼叫会话控制功能( S-CSCF , Serving-Call Session Control Function ) 可以通过服务器分配请求 /服务器分配应答 ( SAR/SAA , Server- Asignment-Request/ Server- Asignment- Answer )命令对, 从 HSS获得用 户的服务签约数据, HSS 可以通过推送配置请求 /推送配置应答(PPR/PPA, Push-Profile-Request/ Push-Profile-Answer )命令对, 将发生变化的服务签约数 :5 据更新到 S-CSCF。
在服务签约中还包含: 公共身份(Public Identification ), 核心网服务授权 ( Core Network Service Authorization )、 初: ½过¾!规贝 'J ( iFC , Initial Filter Criteria )和共享 iFC ( Shared iFC Set ), 四个部分。
其中 iFC用于完成业务的触发, 包含业务触发的条件,描述了收到的会话
发起协议( SIP , Session Initiation Protocol )消息, 会在什么样的条件下被路由 到哪个特定的应用服务器 ( AS , Application Server ), 也即用户的业务在什么 样的情况下可以被执行。
在 AS的业务实现流程中, 首先, 用户会注册到网络中, 同时将包含 iFC 5 的用户服务签约信息由 HSS下载到服务于此用户的 S-CSCF中; 接着, 用户 利用用户设备 ( UE , User Equipment )生成相关的 SIP业务请求, 该请求经代 理呼叫会话控制功能( P-CSCF , Proxy-Call Session Control Function ) , 到达其 归属 S-CSCF; 然后, S-CSCF检索与请求的发起者匹配的 iFC , 根据用户服务 签约信息中的 iFC的内容,将请求路由到相应的 AS或是直接进行转发;最后, 0 由 AS为用户执行相关业务的服务。
用户在实际使用中,很多时候会需要改变用户服务签约的内容, 例如签约 新的业务, 或取消已经签约的业务,对于已经签约的业务通常也有激活和未激 活两种状态, 用户常常也会需要改变已经签约的业务状态,将签约的业务从未 激活变为激活, 或将已激活的业务变为未激活状态。在这些用户的服务签约的 5 内容发生变化时, 服务签约内的 iFC也会发生相应变化, 在签约新的业务时, 需要增加新的 iFC或者在已有的 iFC中增加一些新的业务触发条件;在取消已 经签约的业务时, 需要删除相应的 iFC或者删除 iFC中的一些业务触发条件; 在将签约的业务从未激活变为激活时,需要将相应的 iFC下载到此用户注册的 S-CSCF中; 在将已激活的业务变为未激活状态时, 需要将相应的 iFC从此用 :0 户注册的 S-CSCF中删除。
此时, HSS会通过 PPR/PPA将变化后的用户的服务签约信息发送给用户 的 S-CSCF , S-CSCF对存储的用户的服务签约信息进行更新, 同时 S-CSCF会 对 UE和其它 IMS实体进行同步的数据更新。
目前釆用的同步方案为:根据 UE和其它 IMS实体对用户的注册事件的订 :5 阅通知机制, 通过 SIP的通知 (Notify ) 消息, 将用户注册状态发生的变化通 知 UE和其它向 S-CSCF订阅了该用户的注册事件通知的 IMS实体。
用户的注册状态是指用在网络中的注册状态,例如: 已注册、或者未注册。 用户在改变服务签约信息时, 新签约或新激活业务涉及的 AS只有在知道用户 的注册状态时才能及时为用户提供服务。
在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中,发明人发现现有技术中, 由于用户在 网络中注册过后, 用户新签约或新激活新的业务时, 用户新签约或新激活业务 的 AS通常不会向 S-CSCF订阅用户的注册事件通知, 因此 AS无法在第一时 间知道用户在网络中的注册状态, 从而影响 AS对用户新签约业务或新激活业 5 务的及时提供。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法、将用户状态通 知应用服务器的系统、 服务呼叫会话控制功能、 及应用服务器, 能够使应用服 务器获知用户在网络中的注册状态。

由上可知, 本发明在获知用户的服务签约信息发生变化时, 就会将用户的 注册信息发送给相应应用服务器,使应用服务器可以及时获知该用户在网络中 的注册状态,这样就保证了应用服务器对用户的新签约业务或激活业务的及时 5 提供。

本发明实施例提供了一种将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法、将用户状态
通知应用服务器的系统、 服务呼叫会话控制功能、 及应用服务器, 用于使应用 服务器及时获知用户在网络中的注册状态。
本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法,在获知用户的服 务签约信息发生变化时,用户所在的服务呼叫会话控制功能将所述用户的注册
5 信息发送给相应应用服务器,以使应用服务器及时获知用户在网络中的注册状 态。
本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法实施例一流程图 如图 1所示:
步骤 101、 用户的服务签约信息发生变化, HSS将用户变化后的服务签约 0 信息发送到 S-CSCF。
当 HSS中用户的服务签约信息发生变化时, HSS向 S-CSCF发起 PPR消 息, 将变化后的服务签约信息携带在消息中发给 S-CSCF。
步骤 102、 判断新的服务签约内容是否有新增的注册消息触发规则; 是否 有被删除的注册消息触发规则; 若有新增的注册消息触发规则, 则执行步骤 5 103; 若有被删除的注册消息触发规则, 则执行步骤 104。
该 PPR 消息中携带了用户的网际协议多媒体公有用户标识 ( IMPU, IP Multimedia Public User Identity )和对应的服务签约, 由于在允许隐式注册的场 景下, 一个用户可以在网络中注册多个 IMPU, 这些属于同一个用户的 IMPU 隶属于同一个隐式注册集, 此时, 该 PPR消息中会携带隐式注册集中所有的 :0 IMPU和对应的服务签约。
S-CSCF收到指示用户服务签约信息发生变化的 PPR后, 在更新 S-CSCF 上保存的 PPR 消息中携带的 IMPU 对应的用户服务签约信息之前, 先对 S-CSCF上保存的旧的 iFC和新收到的 iFC进行比较, 通过比较就可以知道此 次服务签约的内容发生了什么样的变化: 是否由于新签约业务或新激活业务, :5 新增了包含新的注册消息触发规则的 iFC, 或者在原来的 iFC中增加了新的注 册消息触发规则; 是否由于删除已签约业务或将已激活业务变为未激活,删除 了包含对应注册消息触发规则的 iFC, 或将 iFC中对应的注册消息触发规则删 除。
在一次服务签约信息变化中有时会包含多种不同的变化, 签约新的业务、
删除旧的业务、 激活未激活的业务、 或者将激活的业务变为未激活状态, 都有 可能同时发生、 发生其中某几种、 或只发生其中一种, 本步骤中, 也就有可能 判断出同时有新增的注册消息触发规则, 有被删除的注册消息触发规则的状 况, 此时步骤 103、 步骤 104都要被执行, 这两个步骤可以同时执行, 也可以 5 先后执行。
步骤 103、 发起重注册过程, 将用户的注册信息发送给相应 AS。 使改变了服务签约内容的 IMPU对应的 UE向网络发起重注册。 由于在 UE的重注册过程中, UE注册到的 S-CSCF会向所有满足用户服务签约信息包 含的 iFC中的注册消息触发规则的 AS进行第三方注册, 将用户的注册信息发 0 送给相应 AS, 通过这个过程 AS就会知道该 UE此时在网络中的注册状态为 已注册。
如果只考虑通知新签约或新激活业务涉及的 AS, 不考虑删除业务、 或将 激活业务变为不激活的状况, 步骤 102 的比较不是必须的, 可以直接在收到 PPR消息后, 就发起改变了服务签约信息的 IMPU对应的 UE的重注册流程, 5 所有满足新的服务签约信息包含的 iFC中的注册消息触发规则的 AS都会收到 UE相关的注册信息。
现举实例来进行详细描述:
一个用户的网际协议多媒体公有用户标识 IMPU1 在网络中注册后, 向 S-CSCF订阅了注册事件( reg-event )通知; 当 IMPU1的服务签约数据发生变 :0 化后 HSS通过 PPR/PPA命令对 S-CSCF中 IMPU1的服务签约数据进行更新; 此时 S-CSCF可以通过对自己存储的 IMPU1以前的签约数据和 PPR中携带的 新的签约数据进行比较, 如果发现新增了包含新的注册消息触发规则的 iFC, 或者在原来的 iFC中增加了新的注册消息触发规则,则需要使改变了服务签约 内容的 IMPU1关联的 UE向网络发起重注册,使 S-CSCF能及时通知相应 iFC :5 对应的 AS该用户在网络中的注册状态。
为了使改变了服务签约内容的 IMPU1 对应的 UE 向网络发起重注册, S-CSCF向 IMPU1对应的注册 UE发送 Notify消息。
S-CSCF也可以在收到 HSS指示 IMPU1的服务签约数据发生变化的 PPR 消息后不对老的 iFC和新的 iFC进行比较, 直接向 IMPU1对应的注册 UE发
送 Notify消息。
在消息体中, <registration> 元素的子元素<。0111^(:1;>中的子元素<1^>设 置为该注册 UE对应的 contact地址: 5555::aaa:bbb:ccc:ddd;

改变了服务签约内容的 IMPU1对应的 UE在收到这个 Notify消息后, 就 会向网络发起重注册, S-CSCF向用户服务签约信息中包含了注册消息触发规 5 则的 iFC对应的 AS发起第三方注册, 通知相应的 AS该用户在网络中的注册 状态, 以保证 AS对用户的新签约业务或激活业务的及时提供。
由于一个 IMPU有可能会被多个 UE共享, 如果 S-CSCF中有多个 UE注 册了这个 IMPU, 则 S-CSCF可以选择使每个 UE都进行重注册, 通知 AS该 用户在网络中的注册状态, 也可以选择至少使其中一个 UE进行重注册。
0 步骤 104、 S-CSCF向相应 AS发送去订阅通知消息, 通知 AS该用户的注 册状态。
在用户删除了某些已签约业务或将某些已激活业务变为未激活时,如果想 要将用户在网络中的状态通知到相关业务涉及的 AS, 就需要釆用步骤 102, 对老的 iFC和新的 iFC进行比较, 判断是否有被删除的注册消息触发规则,如 5 果删除了包含对应注册消息触发规则的 iFC, 或将 iFC中对应的注册消息触发 规则删除, 则说明对应的 AS已经在该 S-CSCF上订阅了该用户的注册事件通 知, S-CSCF构造去注册消息, 发送到能与被删除的注册消息触发规则匹配的 AS,通知该 AS该用户的注册状态,同时取消该 AS对该用户注册事件的订阅。
本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法实施例二流程图 :0 如图 2所示:
步骤 201、 用户的服务签约信息发生变化, HSS将用户变化后的服务签约 信息发送到 S-CSCF。
当 HSS中用户的服务签约信息发生变化时, HSS向 S-CSCF发起 PPR消 息, 将变化后的服务签约信息携带在消息中发给 S-CSCF。
:5 步骤 202、 判断新的服务签约内容是否有新增的注册消息触发规则; 是否 有被删除的注册消息触发规则; 若有新增的注册消息触发规则, 则执行步骤 203; 若有被删除的注册消息触发规则, 则执行步骤 204。
该 PPR 消息中携带了用户的网际协议多媒体公有用户标识 ( IMPU, IP Multimedia Public User Identity )和对应的服务签约, 由于在允许隐式注册的场

0 发规则的 iFC, 或将 iFC中对应的注册消息触发规则删除。
在一次服务签约信息变化中有时会包含多种不同的变化, 签约新的业务、 删除旧的业务、 激活未激活的业务、 或者将激活的业务变为未激活状态, 都有 可能同时发生、 发生其中某几样、 或只发生其中一样, 本步骤中, 也就有可能 判断出同时有新增的注册消息触发规则, 有被删除的注册消息触发规则的状
5 况, 此时步骤 203、 步骤 204都要被执行, 这两个步骤可以同时执行, 也可以 先后执行。
步骤 203、 发送第三方注册请求, 将用户的注册信息发送给相应 AS。
S-CSCF根据通过 PPR 消息发送来的最新的服务签约信息, 构造第三方 REGISTER消息, 并发送给包含了新增注册消息触发规则的 iFC对应的 AS, :0 通知 AS该用户在网络中的注册状态。
如果只考虑通知新签约或新激活业务涉及的 AS, 不考虑删除业务、 或将 激活业务变为不激活的状况, 步骤 202 的比较不是必须的, 可以直接在收到 PPR消息后,就向新的服务签约信息中包含了注册消息触发规则的 iFC对应的 所有 AS, 发送第三方注册(REGISTER )请求, 通知 AS该用户在网络中的注 :5 册状态。
步骤 204、 S-CSCF向相应 AS发送去订阅通知消息, 通知 AS该用户的注 册状态。
在用户删除了某些已签约业务或将某些已激活业务变为未激活时,如果想 要将用户在网络中的状态通知到相关业务涉及的 AS, 就需要釆用步骤 202,
对老的 iFC和新的 iFC进行比较, 判断是否有被删除的注册消息触发规则,如 果删除了包含对应注册消息触发规则的 iFC, 或将 iFC中对应的注册消息触发 规则删除, 则说明对应的 AS已经在该 S-CSCF上订阅了该用户的注册事件通 知, S-CSCF构造去注册消息, 发送到能与被删除的注册消息触发规则匹配的 5 AS,通知该 AS该用户的注册状态,同时取消该 AS对该用户注册事件的订阅。
根据本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法实施例二提 供的发送第三方注册请求的信令流程如图 3所示, 包括:
步骤 301、 HSS发送 PPR消息至 S-CSCF。
举例来说, 若用户在网络中注册了两个 IMPU, 分别为 IMPU1和 IMPU2, 0 IMPU1和 IMPU2虽然属于同一个隐式注册集, 但分别具有不同的服务签约。
当 IMPU1 或 IMPU2 的服务签约数据发生变化后, HSS 发送 PPR 消息至 S-CSCF, 通过 PPR命令将 IMPU1 和 IMPU2 的服务签约数据一起携带给 S-CSCF。
步骤 302、 S-CSCF返回 PPA消息至 HSS。
5 S-CSCF对自己存储的 IMPU1和 IMPU2以前的服务签约数据,和 PPR中 携带的新的服务签约数据进行比较,看是否有新增的注册消息触发规则, 同时 根据 PPR消息中携带的 IMPU1和 IMPU2的服务签约数据, 对存储的 IMPU1 和 IMPU2的服务签约数据进行更新, 并向 HSS返回 PPA指示操作结果。
步骤 303、 比较结果为服务签约信息有新增的注册消息触发规则。
:0 此时 S-CSCF通过对自己存储的 IMPU1和 IMPU2以前的服务签约数据和
PPR中携带的新的服务签约数据进行比较,发现新增了包含新的注册消息触发 规则的 iFC, 或者在原来的 iFC中增加了新的注册消息触发规则。
步骤 304、 S-CSCF构造第三方 REGISTER消息, 并发送至能匹配上新的 注册消息触发规则的所有包含了注册消息触发规则的 iFC对应的 AS。
:5 由于用户在改变服务签约内容时, 可能新增或激活多种业务, 这些业务可 能涉及多个 AS, 所以本步骤中, 需要向所有能和新的注册消息触发规则匹配 的 AS发送 REGISTER消息, 通知 AS该用户在网络中的注册状态, 以保证 AS对用户的新签约业务或激活业务的及时提供。
S-CSCF也可以不对老的 iFC和新的 iFC进行比较, 直接构造 REGISTER
消息, 发送给新的服务签约内容中涉及的所有 AS。
步骤 305、 AS返回响应消息 200 OK, 流程结束。
本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法实施例三如下文 所述:
5 由于在用户的服务签约信息发生变化时,例如用户签约新的业务或者激活 某一个业务, 必然会在相应的 AS上进行修改, 此时 AS就有可能需要知道该 用户在网络中的注册状态, 在本实施例中由 AS主动向 S-CSCF订阅该用户的 注册事件通知,这样 S-CSCF就会将该用户在网络中的注册状态发送给该 AS。
本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法实施例三信令流 0 程图如图 4所示:
根据 AS是否获知用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或地址, 本实施例三 AS发 送订阅通知给 S-CSCF的方式有两种, 在图 4中分别表现为:
AS在订阅用户的注册事件前能获得用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或地址时, 可以釆用步骤 401a。
5 AS在订阅用户的注册事件前无法获得用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或地址 时, 则釆用步骤 401bl、 步骤 401b2、 步骤 401b3、 步骤 401b4、 步骤 401b5、 步骤 401b6。
步骤 401a、 AS发现某用户新签约或者激活了本 AS上的业务, 且 AS知 道用户所在的 S-CSCF 的名字或地址, AS发送订阅 (SUBSCRIBE ) 消息向 :0 S-CSCF订阅该用户的注册事件通知。
也就是说, 如果 AS在订阅用户的注册事件前能获得用户所在的 S-CSCF 的名字或地址, 则 AS直接将订阅消息路由到用户所在的 S-CSCF。
步骤 401bl、 AS发现某用户新签约或者激活了本 AS上的业务, 且 AS在 订阅用户的注册事件前无法获得用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或地址, AS发送 :5 SUBSCRIBE消息至协商呼叫会话控制功能( I-CSCF, Interrogating -Call Session Control Function )。
步骤 401b2 、 I-CSCF 向 HSS 发送位置信息请求 ( LIR , Location-Info-Request ) 消息, 将 SUBSCRIBE 消息中携带的用户标识填写在 LIR 中, 向 HSS 查询该用户目前所在的位置信息, 也就是用户所在 S-CSCF
的信息。
步骤 401b3、HSS向 I-CSCF返回位置信息应答 ( LIA, Location-Info- Answer ) 消息。
HSS根据 LIR中的用户标识, 在数据库中查询该用户对应的信息, 通过 5 LIA 消息将用户所在 S-CSCF 的名字或地址或 S-CSCF 的能力集返回给 I-CSCF。

步骤 401b6、 I-CSCF返回 403、 480或其它指示错误的消息给 AS, 表示 订阅失败, 后续 AS进行相应订阅的步骤则不再进行。
如果 HSS只是返回了 S-CSCF的能力集而没有 S-CSCF的名字或地址,就 5 表示 I-CSCF没有获得 S-CSCF的名字或地址, 相应订阅流程将不能继续。
由于 AS在订阅用户的注册事件前无法获得用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或 地址, 所以需要将订阅消息路由到用户所在的归属域的 I-CSCF, 由该 I-CSCF 向 HSS查询用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或地址, 再由该 I-CSCF将该订阅消息 路由到用户所在的 S-CSCF, 以上步骤 401bl、 步骤 401b2、 步骤 401b3、 步骤 :0 401b4、 步骤 401b5、 步骤 401b6即为对这个动作的详细描述。
步骤 402、 S-CSCF返回响应消息 (200OK )至 AS, 表示订阅成功。
此消息可以经由 I-CSCF转发。
步骤 403、 S-CSCF发送 NOTIFY消息至 AS, 返回 AS请求的用户的注册 信息。
:5 S-CSCF生成一个 NOTIFY消息, 包括 AS请求的用户有关的当前的注册 信息, 之后将所生成的 NOTIFY消息发送给 AS或通过 I-CSCF发送给 AS。
此消息可以经由 I-CSCF转发。

其中,服务呼叫会话控制功能 520具体包括:接收单元 521、通知单元 522、 比较单元 523、 及删除处理单元 524。
0 接收单元 521 , 用于接收用户签约服务器 510发送的用户新的服务签约信 息;
通知单元 522 , 用于在收到服务签约信息后, 将所述用户的注册信息发送 给相应应用服务器 530。
通知单元 522具体可以包括: 触发重注册单元 522a、 注册请求单元 522b。 5 其中, 触发重注册单元 522a, 用于构造并发送通知消息至用户的用户设 备,触发该用户设备发起重注册过程, 通过重注册过程将所述用户的注册信息 发送给该新的服务签约信息涉及的应用服务器。
注册请求单元 522b , 用于构造并发送第三方注册请求至该新的服务签约 信息涉及的应用服务器,以将所述用户的注册信息发送给该应用服务器该用户 :0 在网络中的注册状态。
触发重注册单元 522a、 注册请求单元 522b两者可以同时存在, 也可以只 选取其中的一个。
比较单元 523 , 用于在所接收单元 521收到该服务签约信息后, 比较该服 务签约信息中携带的新的初始过滤规则与该服务呼叫会话控制功能上保存的 :5 旧的初始过滤规则 ,在确定所述新的初始过滤规则中有新增的注册消息触发规 则时, 使触发重注册单元 522a触发所述用户设备发起重注册过程, 或者使注 册请求单元 522b构造并发送第三方注册请求至与该新增的注册消息触发规则 相匹配的应用服务器。
删除处理单元 524 , 用于在该比较单元 523确定所述新的初始过滤规则中
有被删除的注册消息触发规则时,构造并发送去订阅通知消息至与该被删除的 注册消息触发规则相匹配的应用服务器,以将所述用户的注册信息发送给该与 被删除的注册消息触发规则相匹配的应用服务器。

其中, 应用服务器 601 , 用于在用户的服务签约信息发生变化时, 发送订 阅消息。
5 服务呼叫会话控制功能 602 , 用于在收到订阅消息时, 将该用户的注册信 息发送给应用服务器 601。

由于有时 AS在订阅用户的注册事件前无法获得用户所在的 S-CSCF的名 字或地址,所以需要将订阅消息路由到用户所在的归属域的协商呼叫会话控制 功能, 由该协商呼叫会话控制功能向 HSS查询用户所在的 S-CSCF的名字或 地址, 再由该协商呼叫会话控制功能将该订阅消息路由到用户所在的 S-CSCF :5 用户签约服务器 604 , 用于提供用户所在的服务呼叫会话控制功能地址。
本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的系统实施例二的具体 工作方式,与上文描述的本发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方 法实施例二基本一致, 在此不再重复描述。
本发明实施例提供的应用服务器实施例包括: 查询单元和发送单元,
其中, 查询单元, 用于查询用户的服务签约信息变化状况;
发送单元, 用于在查询单元发现用户的服务签约信息发生变化时, 向用户 所在的服务呼叫会话控制功能发送订阅消息, 订阅所述用户的注册事件通知。
本发明实施例提供的应用服务器实施例的具体工作方式,与上文描述的本 发明实施例提供的将用户状态通知应用服务器的系统实施例中,描述的应用服 务器基本一致, 在此不再重复描述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可 读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。

1、 一种将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在用户的服务签约发生变化时,服务呼叫会话控制功能接收用户签约服务 器发送的用户新的服务签约信息;
5 所述服务呼叫会话控制功能将所述用户的注册信息发送给相应应用服务 器。

过滤规则中有被删除的注册消息触发规则,则所述服务呼叫会话控制功能构造 并发送去订阅通知消息至与所述被删除的注册消息触发规则相匹配的应用服 务器,以将所述用户的注册信息发送给所述与被删除的注册消息触发规则相匹 配的应用服务器。
5 6、如权利要求 2所述的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务呼叫会话控制功能触发所述用户设备发起重注册过程具体包括:
所述服务呼叫会话控制功能发送通知消息至所述用户的用户设备,所述通 知消息中包含缩短重注册周期的信息,所述用户设备根据所述通知消息发起重 注册。
0 7、 一种将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
服务呼叫会话控制功能接收应用服务器发送的订阅消息 ,所述订阅消息为 所述应用服务器在获知用户的服务签约信息发生变化时,向所述服务呼叫会话 控制功能发送的订阅所述用户的注册事件通知的订阅消息;
所述服务呼叫会话控制功能接收到所述订阅消息后,将所述用户的注册信 5 息发送给所述应用服务器。
8、如权利要求 7所述的将用户状态通知应用服务器的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务呼叫会话控制功能接收应用服务器发送的订阅消息的步骤包括:

10、 一种将用户状态通知应用服务器的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户签约服务器, 用于发送用户新的服务签约信息;
服务呼叫会话控制功能, 用于接收所述服务签约信息, 并在收到所述服务 签约信息后, 发送所述用户的注册信息;
应用服务器, 用于接收所述用户的注册信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的将用户状态通知应用服务器的系统, 其特征在 5 于, 所述服务呼叫会话控制功能包括:
接收单元, 用于接收所述服务签约信息;
通知单元, 用于在收到所述服务签约信息后,将所述用户的注册信息发送 给相应应用服务器。

用户签约服务器, 用于提供所述用户所在的服务呼叫会话控制功能地址; 协商呼叫会话控制功能, 用于接收所述应用服务器发送的订阅消息, 向所 述用户签约服务器查询所述用户所在的服务呼叫会话控制功能地址 ,将所述订 阅消息发送给所述服务呼叫会话控制功能地址。
21、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器包括:
查询单元, 用于查询用户的服务签约信息变化状况;
发送单元, 用于在所述查询单元发现用户的服务签约信息发生变化时, 向 所述用户所在的服务呼叫会话控制功能发送订阅所述用户的注册事件通知的 订阅消息, 订阅所述用户的注册事件通知。
