Abstract

【課題】空気中に散布された微細な水滴の蒸発潜熱を利用して、雰囲気温度を低下させる水噴霧設備において、起動時及び停止時における水滴滴下を抑止できる高圧水噴霧設備を提供する。 【解決手段】 高圧ポンプ2と逆止弁3とを備えた基幹管路24と、基幹管路24に続く送水管路4の下流端に取り付けられた水噴霧ノズル群5と、水噴霧ノズル群より上流の基幹管路24から分岐させた圧力検出管路6と、圧力検出管路取付け位置付近の送水管路4と高圧ポンプのサクション側上流とを結ぶバイパス管路7とからなる水噴霧設備。圧力検出管路6に第1バルブSV1を介して与圧タンクET1を接続し、バイパス管路7には、第2バルブSV2と、送水管路4からのリターン水圧を吸収し得る膨張タンクET2とを配置して高圧ポンプ2より上流の送水管路4に接続する。第2バルブを閉じた状態で第1バルブを開くと、予め与圧タンクET1に蓄えてある送出水の圧力が瞬時に送水管路4に働き、ミストの撒布開始時の噴霧ノズル5からの滴下を抑止する。第1バルブSV1を閉じた状態で第2バルブSV2を開くと、送水管路4からの戻り水の圧力が瞬時に膨張タンクET2に吸収され撒布完了時の水滴滴下を抑止できる。
