<2> Recently, a production history tracing system has been developed for safe distribution of meat such pork and beef. In the production history tracing system, an RFID solution has been employed so as to manage livestock object information.
<3> In general, a slaughtered livestock is divided into two or four pieces with a large size. The large-sized divided pieces attached with RFID tags are delivered to a shop such as a department store or a large-sized market. In the shop, a customer is informed of production history information of the delivered meat product based on the RFID tag, and the meat product is divided into small-sized pieces according to a size of a customer's request.
<4> If the number of types of the meat products for sale in the shop is increased, it is difficult to effectively inform customers of details of the production history information of a large number of the meat products.
<5> Furthermore, as the number of types of the meat products for sale in the shop is increased, there is a problem in that the customers inconveniently move the display stand again so as to check the details of the production history information before completion of payment.

The informing terminal receives the production history information, the stock information, and the small-sized packing information of the meat product that is classified based on the nation codes, region codes, and product and informs the customer of the information.
<30> The production history information processing terminal 204 reads the barcode and the RFID tag attached to the outer pack or the inner pack of the stocked meat product to construct stock information with the acquired production history information and stock time information and provides the stock information to the shop management unit 200. The production history information processing terminal 204 constructs small-sized packing information by combining packing information such as packing time information and weight input through keypads with small-sized-packing identification information which is generated by allocating a serial number to identification information for the production history information read from the RFID tag of the meat product and provides the small-sized packing information to the shop management unit 200. The production history information processing terminal 204 construct production history inquiry information with the small-sized-packing identification information and the access information for accessing the shop management unit 200 and records the production history inquiry information in RFID tags of the small-sized- packing RFID tag recycling ties 2121 to 2121N.
<3i> The informing terminals 206 to 210 may be a PDA, a mobile terminal, a large-sized display apparatus and the like, which have an RFID tag reading function. When the production history inquiry information recorded in the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling ties 2121 to 2121N is read, the informing terminals 206 to 210 access the shop management unit 200 according to the access information of the production history inquiry information and request the shop management unit 200 to provide the production history information corresponding to the small-sized-packing identification information. When the production history information, the stock information, and the small- sized packing information are received from the shop management unit 200 according to the request for the production history information, the informing terminals 206 to 210 informs the production history information of the customer by displaying the production history information, the stock information, and the small-sized packing information. The access information is information used for accessing the shop management unit 200 through wireless Internet or a wired network. The informing terminals 206 to 210 access the shop management unit 200 through the wireless Internet or the wired network.
<32> When the production history inquiry information recorded in the RFID tags of the RFID tag recycling ties 2121 to 2121N is read, the POS terminal 212 generates selling information according to the production history inquiry information and transmits the selling information to the shop management unit 200.
<33> The production history inquiry information is recorded in the small- sized-packing RFID tag recycling ties 2121 to 2121N by the production history information processing terminal 204. The recorded production history inquiry information is read through the informing terminals 206 to 210 or the POS terminal 212.
<34> A structure and an example of use of the small-sized-packing RFID tag recycling ties 2121 to 2121N will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
<35> As shown in (a) of FIG. 3, the RFID tag recycling tie is constructed with an RFID tag 300 and a tie portion 400. The tie portion 400 includes an RFID tag accommodating portion 402 which accommodates the RFID tag 300 and a tie 404 which is used to tie a small-sized vinyl pack. The RFID tag accommodating portion 402 and the tie 404 are connected to each other with sporadically-disposed connection protrusions so as to be easily detached from each other.
<36> The tie portion 400 and the RFID tag 300 are separately manufactured. As shown in (b) and (c) of FIG. 3, the RFID tag 300 is accommodated into the RFID tag accommodating portion 402 of the tie portion 400, so that the tie portion 400 and the RFID tag 300 are combined.
<37> As shown in (a) to (c) of FIG. 4, at the time of small-sized packing of the product, a small-sized vinyl pack of the product is tied up with the tie 404 of the RFID tag recycling tie.
<38> As shown in (d) to (f) of FIG. 4, when the small-sized vinyl pack tied up with the RFID tag recycling tie is put on a cashier desk, a cashier detaches the tie 404 from the RFID tag accommodating portion 402 and recycles the RFID tag accommodating portion 402 in which the RFID tag 300 is accommodated. <39> Next, as shown in (d) and (e) of FIG. 3, the RFID tag 300 is extracted from the RFID tag accommodating portion 402. The extracted RFID tag 300 is used for the next small-sized pack. <40> Now, a production history information informing method according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to a flowchart of FIG. 5. <4i> The production history information informing method mainly includes a stock process (A), a small-size packing process (B), and a production history informing process (C). <42> <Stock Process (A)> <43> The production history information processing terminal 204 reads barcode of the outer pack and the RFID tag of the stocked meat product to acquire production history information of the meat product. The production history information processing terminal 204 transmits the production history information and stock time information that is the current time information as stock information to the shop management unit 200 (Steps 500 and 502).
The production history information includes identification information for identifying the production history information. <44> The shop management unit 200 records the stock information in the database 202. <45> One of double inner pack RFID tags is collected and attached on a collection note. The meat product with the stock information registered is displayed for sale.
<46> <Small-Size Packing Process (B)> <47> When a purchase order of a small-sized pack of the displayed meat product is placed, a seller divides the meat product into small-sized pieces according to the request and measures a weight or the like of the small-sized pact of the meat product. According to seller's manipulation, the production history information processing terminal 204 reads the RFID tag of the meat product attached on the collection note to extract the identification information for the production history information from the RFID tag. The production history information processing terminal receives packing information including packing time , weight, and the like and transmits the identification information for the production history information and the packing information as small-sized packing information to the shop management unit. The production history information processing terminal generates small-sized-packing identification information which is generated by allocating a serial number to the identification information for the production history information and access information such as URL information for accessing the shop management unit 200 and records the identification information and the access information as production history inquiry information in the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling tie.
<48> Next, the seller packs the small-sized meat product with the RFID tag recycling tie and supplies the product to the customer.
<49> <Production History Informing Process (C)>
<50> The customer who is supplied with the small-size-packed product reads the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling tie through the customer's informing unit having an RFID reading function such as a PDA and a mobile terminal (Step 516). The informing unit accesses the shop management unit 200 through wireless Internet according to the small-sized-packing identification information and the URL information read from the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling tie to request for information associated with the small-sized- packing identification information. In response to the request, the shop management unit 200 transmits production history information, stock information, and small-size packing information corresponding to the small- sized-packing identification information to the informing unit (Step 518). The informing unit receives and displays the production history information, the stock information, and the small-size packing information corresponding to the smal 1-sized-packing identification information so as to perform the informing process (Step 520).
<5i> Alternatively, the customer who is supplied with the smal 1-size-packed product may read the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling tie through the large-sized display apparatus having an RFID reading function which is provided to the shop (Step 516). The informing unit accesses the shop management unit 200 through a wired network according to the small-sized- packing identification information and the URL information read from the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling tie to request for information associated with the small-sized-packing identification information. In response to the request, the shop management unit 200 transmits production history information, stock information, and small-size packing information corresponding to the small-sized-packing identification information to the informing unit (Step 518). The informing unit receives and display the production history information, the stock information, and the small-size packing information corresponding to the small-sized-packing identification information so as to perform the informing process (Step 520).
<S3> <Selling Process (D)>
<54> When the customer puts the small-size-packed product on a cashier desk, a cashier reads the production history inquiry information through the POS terminal 212 having an RFID reading function. The cashier receives the packing information corresponding to the small-sized-packing identification information included in the production history inquiry information from the shop management unit and performs the selling of the product. When the selling is completed, the selling information is transmitted to the shop management unit 200. The shop management unit 200 records the selling information in the database 202. The cashier detached the tie portion from the RFID tag accommodating portion of the RFID tag recycling tie to recycle the RFID tag. [Industrial Applicability]
<55> According to the present invent, it is possible for a customer to easily check details of production history information of a small-size-packed meat product. In addition, it possible to reduce costs associated with providing of the production history information through an RFID tag attached to a small-size-packed meat product by recycling the RFID tag at the time of completion of selling.
<56> In addition, according to the present invent, it possible to reduce a time taken to read information by recording minimal information in the RFID tag attached the small-size-packed meat product.

<59> a production history information processing terminal which reads production history information from a barcode or an RFID tag attached to a stocked meat product and records production history inquiry information constructed with identification information of the production history information and access information for inquiring the production history information in an RFID tag of an RFID tag recycling tie according to purchase order of a small-sized pack of the meat product;
<6()> an informing unit which reads the production history inquiry information recorded n the RFID tag of the RFID tag recycling tie attached to the small-size-packed meat product, requests for inquiring of the production history information according to the identification information of the production history information and the access information, receives the production history information corresponding to the request, and informs the information; and
<6i> a shop management unit which receives the production history information through the production history information processing terminal, records the production history information in a database, and transmits the production history information to the informing unit which access to the shop management unit according to the identification information of the production history information and the access information.
