Abstract

　ローラ表面の凹凸構造を改良することにより、従来に比しよりトナー搬送性および掻き取り性に優れたトナー搬送ローラを提供する。 　表面に担持したトナーを画像形成体に搬送することにより可視画像を形成する現像ローラに当接して、この現像ローラにトナーを供給するトナー搬送ローラである。軸の外周にウレタンフォームを担持してなる。ウレタンフォーム表面に壁状の凸部が形成されてなり、壁状凸部の最大幅ｗが２００～１０００μｍの範囲内であって、かつ、高さが１０～５００μｍの範囲内である。
