Abstract

In a displacement enlarging mechanism (60), a first displacement portion (48) to be pushed by a drive source (50) closes one end side of a first chamber (71), in which a liquid is confined. The other end side of a second chamber (72) to communicate with the first chamber (71) is closed by a second displacement portion (62c), which is displaced to hold a valve member (65). The area (S2) of that face of the second displacement portion (62c), which confronts the side of the second chamber (72), is made smaller than the area (S1) of that face of the first displacement portion (48), which confronts the side of the first chamber (71).
