本发明涉及一种音视频监控系统及方法。
背景技术
在传统的监控产品中, 基于有线网络的居多, 而用于防盗报警的产品更 多是釆用红外热源检测或者磁性阻断等简单的物理方案来实现。 如果需要进 行实时的运动检测 ( Motion Detect ) , —般会使用高速的专用算法芯片, 或 釆用运算能力非常强的个人电脑来做主机。 传统监控终端的不易移动性和高 昂的监控成本, 决定了这类监控系统只适用于机关团体, 而对于普通家庭的 防盗监控是不适用的。 随着无线个人通讯技术的发展, 近年来基于无线通讯 网络的移动监控终端技术得到了迅猛发展, 也使得防盗监控设备批量进入个 人家庭成为了可能。
现有技术中, 由于传统监控终端不易移动, 应用不便, 使得监控成本高 昂, 难以推广应用; 而随着 WCDMA ( Wide Code Division Multiple Access , 宽带码分多址)等移动通信技术在全球的大规模普及, 越来越多的用户开始 使用移动终端, 因此需要提供一种基于移动通信技术的音视频监控系统及方 法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种基于移 动通信技术的音视频监控系统及方法。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种音视频监控系统, 应用于无线通信 网络, 包含: 设置有摄像头的监控终端, 一个或多个与所述监控终端配对使 用的管理终端, 该系统还包含管理中心; 所述监控终端还包含: 帧比较算法 模块, 传输模块, 其中: 所述帧比较算法模块用于接收所述摄像头拍摄的监控图像, 并使用帧比 较算法判断所述监控图像是否发生变化 , 并输出判断结果;
所述传输模块用于接收所述帧比较算法模块输出的所述判断结果, 并在 所述判断结果为监控图像已发生变化, 且所述监控终端向所述管理终端、 和 / 或管理中心发起可视电话呼叫, 并与其中一个建立起可视电话连接时, 所述 传输模块通过该可视电话连接发送所述监控图像。 此外, 所述管理中心还包含: 录像模块, 用于在接收到所述监控终端发 送的监控图像后, 录像生成监控录像信息并存储在所述管理中心。
此外, 所述系统还包含视频网关, 与所述管理中心连接, 用于在用户拨 打所述管理中心对应的视频网关号码时, 向用户传输存储在所述管理中心中 的所述监控录像信息。
此外, 所述系统还包含短信息中心, 用于在所述管理终端、 监控终端、 管理中心之间转发短信息;
所述短信息中包含以下一种或多种消息: 所述管理中心和 /或所述管理终 端发送给监控终端的控制消息; 所述管理中心和 /或所述监控终端发送给所述 管理终端的通知消息。
此外, 所述管理中心还包含: 与所述短信息中心相连的鉴权模块; 所述短信息中心在接收到接收方为所述监控终端的短信息时 , 向所述鉴 权模块发起鉴权请求, 所述鉴权模块根据所述管理中心存储的所述监控终端 与管理终端的配对使用信息对该短信息的发送方进行鉴权; 鉴权通过后指示 所述短信息中心将所述短信息转发给所述监控终端。

本发明还提供一种音视频监控方法, 应用于包括通过无线通信网络相连 的监控终端, 管理终端和管理中心的音视频监控系统, 该方法包括:
A: 监控终端釆用帧比较算法对其拍摄到的监控图像进行检测, 若检测 到监控图像发生变化, 则执行下一步;
B: 监控终端向与其配对使用的管理终端发起可视电话呼叫;
C: 与所述管理终端之间成功建立起可视电话连接后,监控终端使用该连 接向所述管理终端发送监控图像。
此外, 步骤 B之后还包含如下步骤:
C1 : 若无法与所述管理终端建立可视电话连接, 则所述监控终端向所述 管理中心发起可视电话呼叫;
D1 : 与所述管理中心之间成功建立起可视电话连接后, 监控终端使用该 连接向所述管理中心发送监控图像;
E1 : 所述管理中心对监控图像进行录像并存储;
F1: 所述管理中心接收到用户通过视频网关发送的请求后, 通过视频网 关向用户播放存储的所述监控图像录像。
此外, 步骤 B之后还包含如下步骤:
C2: 若无法与所述管理终端建立可视电话连接, 则所述监控终端向报警 中心发起可视电话呼叫;
D2: 与所述报警中心之间成功建立起可视电话连接后, 监控终端使用该 连接向所述报警中心发送监控图像;

b:所述无线通信网络的移动交换中心 MSC接收到上述可视电话呼叫后, 向所述管理中心发起鉴权请求;
c:所述管理中心根据所述监控终端与所述管理终端的配对使用信息对该 呼叫的主叫方进行鉴权;鉴权通过后指示所述 MSC将所述呼叫转接到所述监 控终端;
d: 与所述管理终端之间成功建立起可视电话连接后, 所述监控终端使用 该连接向所述管理终端发送监控图像。
本发明提供了一种基于 3G移动终端可视电话业务的实时监控系统的解 决方案。 本方案以 WCDMA等 3G系统中非常成熟的可视电话业务为基础, 运营商在 3G 系统的基础上, 只需要非常少的投入就可以实现该监控系统方 案, 从而也为可视电话业务本身开拓了一种非常有发展空间的应用, 提高了 可视电话业务的利用率。

可视电话业务是一种集图像、 语音于一体的多媒体通信业务, 可以实现 人们面对面的即时沟通, 即通话双方在通话过程中能够互相看到对方。 可视 电话可以通过分组方式或电路方式来实现音视频数据的传输。目前, WCDMA 网络的可视电话业务是指基于电路域(CS域)承载来实现的可视电话业务。
可视电话业务按照始呼对象和被呼对象可以分为如下几种方式:
A、 移动终端之间的呼叫: 始呼方和被呼方都是移动终端, 遵循 H.324 协议。
B、移动终端和视频网关之间的呼叫:移动终端即可以做主叫也可以做被 叫, 遵循 H.324协议, 移动终端始呼方通常需要支持二次拨号。
C、运营商提供视频邮件业务,移动终端可以拨打视频邮件平台来获取视 频邮件的内容。
媒体、 控制信号、 呼叫处理、 多路复用等各层协议的关系如图 1所示, 当发起可视电话时, 首先双方通过呼叫过程, 建立物理通道, 然后是控制信 号 (H.245 ) 的交互, 发送信号侧经过切割 (CCSRL ) 、 分序 (NSRP )后, 通过复用 (H.223 ) , 经由物理层传送给对方。 接收方按顺序收集(NSRP ) 、 组合(CCSRL ) , 经过控制信号的交互, 完成可视电话通道的建立。 这时双 方的音频 /视频信号就可经过媒体编解码器与对方进行可视交互了。
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图 2为本发明实施例音视频监控系统的网络结构框图。 如图 2所示, 本 发明基于 3G无线通信网络作为可视电话业务的无线承载网络, 提供了一种 基于移动终端可视电话业务的实时监控系统。
图 3为本发明实施例的音视频监控系统的系统结构示意图。如图 3所示, 该系统包括终端侧和网络侧。
终端侧分为: 监控终端, 以及用于配对管理监控终端的管理终端。 其中: 监控终端: 设置有用于拍摄监控图像的摄像头、 用于判断监控图像变化 的帧比较算法模块、 以及用于根据帧比较算法模块的判断结果发送监控图像 数据 (监控信息 ) 的传输模块。
此外, 监控终端还可以设置: 用于根据指令转动摄像头的驱动模块; 此 夕卜, 可以在管理终端或网络侧的管理中心设置控制模块, 用于向上述驱动模 块发送指令, 以控制监控终端的摄像头转动, 从而可以从不同的监控角度进 行监控, 获得更好的监控效果。
此外, 监控终端还可以设置照明装置。 在这种情况下, 管理终端或网络 侧的管理中心可以分别设置照明模块, 用于发送指令、 控制监控终端的照明 装置的开关。 在黑暗或昏暗环境下, 照明装置可以自行启动或接收指令进行 启动或关闭, 从而可以获得更好的监控效果。 当管理终端或管理中心同时具 备控制模块和照明模块时, 这两个模块的实体也可以一体设置。
管理终端: 就是开通了监控业务的用户所使用的与监控终端配对的移动 终端。 开通监控业务的用户只有使用管理终端才能对相应的监控终端进行相 关的操作。 用户可以使用管理终端拨打监控终端的号码对其进行监控操作, 可以接收由监控终端发起的可视电话呼叫, 也可以呼叫监控系统视频网关, 查看管理中心或者报警中心录制的可视电话录像。 一个监控终端可以与多个 管理终端进行配对。
管理终端同普通的移动终端在功能上没有差异, 其作用是用户开通监控 业务后, 需要在管理中心进行登记, 从而完成同监控终端的配对管理, 从而 只有同移动监控终端配对的管理终端才能对其进行相关操作, 监控终端遇到 监控异常时, 也只能回拨对应的管理终端。
此外, 如上所述, 可以在管理终端设置控制模块、 照明模块。 网络侧: 包括管理中心, 短信息中心, 报警中心, 互联网接口, 视频网 关。 其中:
管理中心设置有: 服务器, 存储模块, 参数设置模块, 录像模块, 鉴权 模块, 用户登录模块。
存储模块, 用于存储监控终端和管理终端的配对信息 (当然也可以将配 对信息存储在服务器中) 。
参数设置模块, 用于设置监控终端的监控系统参数, 并将其存储在服务 器中。
录像模块, 用于将监控终端发送的监控图像数据录制成录像信息, 并存 储到服务器中。
鉴权模块, 用于读取监控终端和管理终端的配对信息, 并根据配对信息 判断管理终端是否具备管理监控终端的权利。
用户登录模块, 用于为用户提供登录接口 (用户界面) , 将用户通过该 模块创建的用户信息存储到服务器中; 此外, 用户登录模块还用于为用户提 供修改存储在服务器中的用户信息和监控系统参数的接口及用户界面。
短信息中心, 用于在监控终端、 管理终端和管理中心之间转发短信息。 短信息中心可以接收管理中心、 管理终端发送给监控终端的包含控制消息的 短信息, 并转发给监控终端; 接收管理中心、 报警中心、 监控终端发送的包 含通知信息的短信息, 例如: 管理中心发送的包含录制通知消息的短信息, 报警中心发送的包含报警通知消息的短信息, 监控终端发送的包含告警通知 信息的短消息, 并转发给管理终端。
报警中心, 用于处理用户的报警信息; 在这种情况下, 监控终端设置判 断模块, 用于判断监控终端呼叫管理终端是否失败, 如果失败, 则转为呼叫 所述报警中心。报警中心接收监控终端发起的报警可视电话(根据用户设置, 在监控终端拨打管理终端无法接通时) , 由人工对用户尚没有观看的报警可 视电话录像进行查看, 如果确认有火灾, 盗窃等情况发生, 则向紧急呼叫服 务中心 (例如, 110、 119、 911 等) 4艮警, 并且可以通过短信息中心向用户 发送提示信息。

监控终端是用于对监控区域实施监控的移动终端,当然也可以固定安装, 一般有如下的特性:
摄像头可以根据管理终端或网络侧的管理中心发出的指令进行转动, 从而扩大监控区域;
方便悬挂或者水平放置;
可以具有照明功能; 监控终端还可以具有感光功能, 当光线暗到一定 程度时可以自动启动照明功能; 或者由管理终端或网络侧的管理中心的照明 模块启动; 包含帧比较算法模块, 该模块具有判断监控图像的动态变化的能力; 可以通过帧比较算法(以终端本身算法为基础)来判断监控图像的动态变化; 由于 3G终端 CPU ( Central Processing Unit, 中央处理单元 )的处理能力与 2G 终端相比较有了极大的提高, 从而使釆用帧比较算法判断监控图像的动态变 化成为可能;
可以被配对的管理终端和网络侧的管理中心的控制; 可以接收配对的 管理终端的可视电话呼叫;
可以在监测到监控区域出现异常时, 根据配置主动向配对的管理终 端、 管理中心或者报警中心发起可视电话呼叫;
可以定时检查与网络的交互, 当检测到与网络交互失败时, 具有自动 重新启动终端以恢复网络连接的功能。 网络侧功能可以分为如下几个方面进行阐述:
管理中心是整个监控系统的核心管理机构, 主要功能是对监控系统进行 管理, 具备如下功能:
用户开启监控功能后, 记录监控终端与管理终端的配对关系, 该步骤 因为需要较高的安全性, 一般可以通过保密性较强的操作实现, 例如通过营 业厅或者服务电话等方式进行, 并且需要验证用户身份, 进行配对登记或者 配对更改。 需要说明的是, 对于一个监控终端, 可以设置多个管理终端对其 进行管理, 此时可以设置一张配对表, 对多个管理终端的号码进行排序, 例 如, 按照输入的顺序或者人为设定的优先级顺序等排序。 也就是说, 可以有 多个管理终端与监控终端对应, 多个管理终端同时对一个或多个监控终端进 行管理。 管理中心可以通过短信息等方式将上述配对表发送给监控终端。
可以根据用户的要求设置监控终端的监控系统参数; 监控系统参数也 可以釆用数据表的形式存储在管理中心的服务器上。
呼叫鉴权功能: 当有移动终端呼叫监控终端时, 3G 网络需要通过管 理中心的鉴权模块鉴权后才能向被叫监控终端发起寻呼, 如果鉴权不通过则 提示主叫移动终端无权呼叫该监控终端。 为了实现上述鉴权功能, 管理中心 可以与 MSC ( Mobile Switch Center, 移动交换中心) 交互, 当 MSC接收到 以监控终端为被叫号码的呼叫时,向管理中心的鉴权模块发送消息请求鉴权, 鉴权通过后将该呼叫请求转接到被叫的监控终端。
根据监控系统参数的设置, 在管理终端处于不可接通状态(如关机或 者脱网) 时, 管理中心可自动录制监控终端发起的可视电话呼叫, 并且通过 短信息中心向用户发送提示信息;
短信息鉴权功能: 当有终端向监控终端发送短信息时, 短信息中心需 要通过管理中心的鉴权后才能向被叫监控终端转发该短信息, 否则提示发送 方终端无权向该监控终端发送短信息。 为了实现短信息鉴权功能, 短信息中 心与管理中心的鉴权模块连接, 当短信中心接收到以监控终端为被叫号码的 短信息时, 向管理中心的鉴权模块发送信息请求鉴权, 鉴权通过后将该短信 息转发到被叫的监控终端。
管理终端通过管理中心完成对监控终端的监控系统参数的设置; 包 括: 启动 /关闭终端自动回拨功能; 启动 /关闭当回拨管理终端无应答时自动录 像; 启动 /关闭当回拨管理终端无应答时自动报警。
如果启动"当回拨管理终端无应答时自动录像"功能, 在监控终端回拨 管理终端无法接通时, 会自动转接至管理中心, 管理中心完成对监控终端回 拨的可视电话的录制, 并且通过短信息中心向管理终端发送通知消息。
管理中心需要与互联网接口相连, 用户可以通过 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符)访问相关网址, 在输入用户名和密码后, 可以查看保存在管理中心的可视电话录像; 并且用户可以对可视电话录像进 行下载, 删除等操作。
管理中心需要与视频网关相连, 用户可以通过呼叫视频网关来查看存 储在管理中心的可视电话录像。
报警中心具有如下功能:
如果启动"当回拨管理终端无应答时自动报警"功能, 在监控终端回拨 管理终端无法接通时, 会自动转接至报警中心, 报警中心有服务人员接听该 报警电话, 如果确定为有危险情况出现, 报警中心服务人员根据登记的监控 地址等信息将向紧急呼叫服务中心 (例如, 110、 119、 911等)报警。
报警中心需要对接收到的可视电话进行录制, 并且通过短信息中心向 管理终端发送通知消息。

与管理中心相连。 来自管理中心的消息有两种类型: 一种是才艮据用户 要求向监控终端发送的参数控制消息, 该消息一般为 CLASS2 (第二类) 的 数据短信息; 另外一种是管理中心发送给管理终端的通知消息, 例如: 通知 管理终端有新录制的可视电话等。
与报警中心相连, 向管理终端转发报警中心的通知消息, 例如: 通知 管理终端有新录制的报警可视电话等。
下面将对本发明的音视频监控系统对应的监控方法进行详细描述。 本发 明的监控方法可以有两种实施方式: 一种是由管理终端主动向监控终端发起 可视电话呼叫, 接通后管理终端可以控制监控终端对监视场景进行监测; 本 实施例适用于: 家长对家中子女进行监护等应用场景; 另一种是由监控区域 的变化而触发监控终端主动发起的回拨可视电话呼叫, 这种实施方式多用于 无人场所的报警监控。 下面将对上述实施方式分别进行介绍。
图 4是本发明音视频监控方法的第一实施例流程图。 本实施例釆用了管 理终端主动向监控终端发起可视电话业务呼叫实现音视频监控的方式。 如图 4所示, 该方法包括如下步骤:
401 : 设置监控终端与管理终端之间的配对管理关系, 生成配对信息, 并 将其存储在管理中心的服务器中; 管理中心可以通过发送短信息等方式将配 对信息发送给监控终端和报警中心;
402: 对用户信息、 监控终端的监控系统参数进行初始设置, 并存储在管 理中心;
上述用户信息用于从用户登录模块登录管理中心, 登录成功后修改监控 系统参数及用户信息。
用户可以设置的监控系统参数主要包括:
启动 /关闭自动监控功能, 默认值为启动。
启动 /关闭终端自动回拨功能, 默认值为启动。
启动 /关闭当回拨管理终端无应答时自动录像, 默认值为关闭。
启动 /关闭当回拨管理终端无应答时自动报警, 默认值为关闭。
由于步骤 401和 402需要较高的安全性, 一般需要通过安全性、 保密性 较高的操作实现, 例如通过营业厅或者服务电话等方式进行, 并且需要验证 用户身份, 进行配对登记或者配对更改。
例如, 用户首先到营业厅开通监控业务, 获取监控终端, 上报个人信息 (报警时需要) , 确认与监控终端绑定的管理终端 (可以是多个) , 对监控 系统参数进行初始设置。 运营商将向用户提供访问系统的用户信息: 用户名 (一般为手机号码)和初始密码; 从而用户可以通过监控系统服务热线(自 动或者人工)以及互联网来使用监控系统提供的系列功能。 上面所有的信息, 都将保存在管理中心中。
403: 管理终端向监控终端发起可视电话业务呼叫时, 管理中心对管理终 端进行鉴权操作, 鉴权成功则将呼叫转接到监控终端;
管理中心可以通过其与 MSC之间的接口对实现上述鉴权操作。 例如, MSC接收到被叫方为监控终端的呼叫请求时, 通过上述接口向管理中心请求 鉴权, 管理中心根据本地存储的配对表, 判断是否允许该管理终端向监控终 端发起呼叫, 如果允许, 则指示 MSC转接该呼叫请求, 否则指示 MSC拒绝 该呼叫请求。
404: 管理终端与监控终端建立起可视电话连接后, 监控终端向管理终端 发送监控图像; 管理终端也可以向监控终端发送控制命令, 例如控制监控终 端摄像头的转动, 开启或关闭监控终端的照明装置 (当然, 监控终端的照明 系统也可以因应内外环境的变化自行开启或关闭) 。
图 5是本发明音视频监控方法的第二实施例流程图。 本实施例釆用了监 控终端由于监控场景的变化主动发起可视电话呼叫实现音视频监控的方式。 釆用这种实施方式的前提是启动了监控终端的自动监控功能。 如图 5所示, 该方法包括如下步骤:
501 : 监控终端启动后, 如果自动监控功能为启动状态, 或者接收到来自 管理中心的启动自动监控的命令(管理中心可以通过发送短信息等方式发送 该命令) , 则监控终端开启摄像头。
502: 监控终端开始对监控区域进行实时监控, 通过帧比较算法对摄像头 输出的监控图像的釆样帧进行比较, 判断监控区域是否有异常运动: 如果判 定监控区域无异常运动, 继续保持监控状态; 如果判定监控区域有异常运动, 则执行下一步。
503 : 监控终端判断是否已启动自动回拨功能: 如果已启动, 则执行下一 步; 否则跳转至步骤 507。
504: 如果已启动自动回拨功能, 则监控终端向配对信息中记录的管理终 端依次发起可视电话业务呼叫, 直至接通其中一个管理终端, 或配对信息中 已没有未呼叫过的管理终端。
505: 判断是否拨通配对信息中记录的管理终端中的一个, 即判断向管理 终端发起的可视电话呼叫是否成功: 如果成功, 则执行下一步; 否则跳转至 步骤 507。
506: 监控终端向拨通的管理终端发送监控图像数据, 发送完毕(例如, 管理终端主动挂断、 或监控区域的异常运动停止)后, 跳转至步骤 502。
507: 判断监控终端是否启动了"回拨管理终端无应答时自动报警"的功能 (简称自动报警功能) , 如果已启动, 则监控终端呼叫报警中心, 执行下一 步; 如果呼叫>¾警中心失败或监控终端未启动该功能, 则跳转至步骤 509。 通常, 由于占线或者网络等原因呼叫报警中心失败的可能性很小, 当出 现监控终端呼叫报警中心失败的情况时,可以等待一段时间后重新发起呼叫; 如果多次重新呼叫都无法接通报警中心, 则跳转至步骤 509。
508: 报警中心将根据可视电话的内容进行相应的处理(例如: 自动或由 报警中心的监控人员启动录像等), 具体可以参见对于报警中心的功能描述, _¾警中心处理完毕后跳转至步骤 502。
509: 监控终端判断是否已启动 "当回拨管理终端无应答时自动录像"的 功能 (简称自动录像功能) , 如果已启动, 则向管理中心发起可视电话业务 呼叫, 接通后执行下一步; 如果未启动自动录像功能, 或呼叫管理中心失败, 则跳转至步骤 511。
510: 监控终端向管理中心发起的可视电话业务呼叫接通后, 管理中心对 可视电话图像数据进行录制, 具体请参见监控系统管理记录中心功能描述; 录制完毕(例如, 管理中心录制了预先设定的时长、 或监控区域的异常运动 停止)后, 跳转至步骤 502。
511 :监控终端以短信息的方式向配对信息中记录的所有管理终端发送通 知, 通知内容为监控终端监测到告警信息, 以便用户收到短信息后可以第一 时间回拨监控终端来查看现场。
此外, 为了避免监控终端频繁地被触发发送上述通知消息, 可以设置一 个时间间隔, 在此时间间隔内监控终端不重复发送通知消息。
此外, 监控终端 (监控业务用户)还可以进行以下管理、 测试操作: 监控业务用户 (简称用户) 可以使用运营商提供的用户信息(用户名 和初始密码)拨打监控系统的服务热线, 或者通过用户登录模块登录服务网 站进行更改用户密码、 以及更改监控系统参数的操作。
用户对监控系统的功能进行测试, 主要包括:
监控终端向监控终端发起可视电话业务呼叫, 接通后查看监控画面是否 清晰, 查看对摄像头控制的灵活性, 以及对监控终端上照明装置的控制的灵 活性。
验证设置的监控系统参数对应的功能是否正确: 通过在监视区域使目标 对象产生位移, 监控终端通过帧比较算法, 判断监视范围有异常出现, 触发 监控终端的自动回拨功能。 该算法属于现有技术, 不在本专利范围内。 需要 注意的是在验证"回拨管理终端无应答时自动报警,,功能时, 最好提前向报警 中心的人员解释, 这是用户测试。
如果各功能都通过测试, 则可投入正常使用。 用户可以随时通过拨打 监控系统的服务热线, 或者登陆服务网站进行更改密码以及重新设置监控系 统参数的操作。
根据本发明的基本原理, 上述实施例还可以有多种变换方式, 例如:
(一)监控终端监测到监控区域出现异常时, 可以根据配置直接向管理 中心、 或报警中心发起可视电话呼叫。
(二) 管理中心中的存储模块, 参数设置模块, 录像模块, 鉴权模块, 用户登录模块中的一个或多个都合并到一个服务器中完成。
(三)对于无需使用自动监控功能的系统, 图 3中的帧比较算法模块、 录像模块等都是可选模块。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种基于 3G移动终端可视电话业务的实时监控系统的解 决方案。 本方案以 WCDMA等 3G系统中非常成熟的可视电话业务为基础, 运营商在 3G 系统的基础上, 只需要非常少的投入就可以实现该监控系统方 案, 从而也为可视电话业务本身开拓了一种非常有发展空间的应用, 提高了 可视电话业务的利用率。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种音视频监控系统, 应用于无线通信网络, 包含: 设置有摄像头 的监控终端, 一个或多个与所述监控终端配对使用的管理终端; 其特征在于, 该系统包含: 管理中心; 所述监控终端还包含: 帧比较算法模块, 传输模块, 其中: 所述帧比较算法模块用于接收所述摄像头拍摄的监控图像, 并使用帧比 较算法判断所述监控图像是否发生变化 , 并输出判断结果;
所述传输模块用于接收所述帧比较算法模块输出的所述判断结果, 并在 所述判断结果为监控图像已发生变化, 且所述监控终端向所述管理终端、 和 / 或管理中心发起可视电话呼叫, 并与其中一个建立起可视电话连接时, 所述 传输模块通过该可视电话连接发送所述监控图像。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述管理中心还包含: 录像模块, 用于在接收到所述监控终端发送的监 控图像后, 录像生成监控录像信息并存储在所述管理中心。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述系统还包含视频网关, 与所述管理中心连接, 用于在用户拨打所述 管理中心对应的视频网关号码时, 向用户传输存储在所述管理中心中的所述 监控录像信息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述系统还包含短信息中心, 用于在所述管理终端、 监控终端、 管理中 心之间转发短信息;
所述短信息中包含以下一种或多种消息: 所述管理中心和 /或所述管理终 端发送给监控终端的控制消息; 所述管理中心和 /或所述监控终端发送给所述 管理终端的通知消息。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述管理中心还包含: 与所述短信息中心相连的鉴权模块; 所述短信息中心在接收到接收方为所述监控终端的短信息时, 向所述鉴 权模块发起鉴权请求, 所述鉴权模块根据所述管理中心存储的所述监控终端 与管理终端的配对使用信息对该短信息的发送方进行鉴权; 鉴权通过后指示 所述短信息中心将所述短信息转发给所述监控终端。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述管理中心还包含用户登录模块;
所述用户登录模块用于为用户提供登录接口, 并使用该接口修改存储在 所述管理中心的用于记录所述监控终端与管理终端之间配对使用关系的配对 信息;
所述管理中心将所述配对信息包含在所述控制消息中发送给所述监控终 端。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述管理终端还包括照明模块, 所述监控终端还包含照明装置; 所述照明模块通过发送所述控制消息将控制命令传送给所述照明装置。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述管理终端还包含控制模块; 所述监控终端还包含与所述摄像头相连 的驱动模块;
所述控制模块用于通过所述管理终端与监控终端之间的可视电话连接控 制所述驱动模块对所述摄像头进行转向操作。
9、 一种音视频监控系统, 应用于无线通信网络, 包含: 设置有摄像头 的监控终端, 一个或多个与所述监控终端配对使用的管理终端; 其特征在于, 该系统包含: 管理中心; 所述管理中心包含鉴权模块, 并与所述无线通信网 络的移动交换中心 MSC连接; 所述监控终端还包含传输模块; 其中:
所述管理终端用于向所述监控终端发起可视电话呼叫, 并在成功建立可 视电话连接后, 通过该连接接收所述监控终端发送的监控图像;
所述 MSC在接收到被叫方为所述监控终端的可视电话呼叫时,向所述鉴 权模块发起鉴权请求, 所述鉴权模块根据所述管理中心存储的所述监控终端 与管理终端的配对使用信息对该呼叫请求的主叫方进行鉴权; 鉴权通过后指 示所述 MSC将所述呼叫转接到所述监控终端;
所述监控终端用于在接收到所述管理终端发起的可视电话呼叫, 并成功 建立可视电话连接后, 使用所述传输模块通过该连接向所述管理终端发送所 述摄像头拍摄的监控图像。
10、 一种音视频监控方法,其特征在于,应用于包括通过无线通信网络 相连的监控终端, 管理终端和管理中心的音视频监控系统, 该方法包括:
A: 监控终端釆用帧比较算法对其拍摄到的监控图像进行检测, 若检测 到监控图像发生变化, 则执行下一步;
B: 监控终端向与其配对使用的管理终端发起可视电话呼叫;
C: 与所述管理终端之间成功建立起可视电话连接后,监控终端使用该连 接向所述管理终端发送监控图像。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于,
步骤 B之后还包含如下步骤:
C1 : 若无法与所述管理终端建立可视电话连接, 则所述监控终端向所述 管理中心发起可视电话呼叫;
D1 : 与所述管理中心之间成功建立起可视电话连接后, 监控终端使用该 连接向所述管理中心发送监控图像;
E1 : 所述管理中心对监控图像进行录像并存储;
F1 : 所述管理中心接收到用户通过视频网关发送的请求后, 通过视频网 关向用户播放存储的所述监控图像录像。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于,
步骤 B之后还包含如下步骤:
C2: 若无法与所述管理终端建立可视电话连接, 则所述监控终端向报警 中心发起可视电话呼叫;
D2: 与所述报警中心之间成功建立起可视电话连接后, 监控终端使用该 连接向所述报警中心发送监控图像;
E2: 所述报警中心对所述监控图像进行录像并存储;
F2: 所述报警中心接收到用户通过视频网关发送的请求后, 通过视频网 关向用户播放存储的所述监控图像录像。
13、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于,
该方法还包括:
管理中心配置监控终端的步骤: 所述管理中心通过向监控终端发送包含 配置信息的短信息对其进行配置;
管理终端控制监控终端的步骤: 管理终端通过向监控终端发送包含控制 命令的短信息对其进行控制;
监控终端发送通知消息的步骤: 监控终端将通知消息包含在短信息中发 送给管理中心和 /或管理终端。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述短信息由短信息中心负责转发; 所述管理中心还包含: 与所述短信 息中心相连的鉴权模块;
短信息中心在接收到接收方为所述监控终端的短信息时, 向所述鉴权模 块发起鉴权请求;
所述鉴权模块根据所述监控终端的配对信息对该短信息的发送方进行鉴 权; 鉴权通过后指示所述短信息中心将所述短信息转发给所述监控终端; 所述监控终端的配对信息中包括与其配对使用的管理终端的标识信息。
15、 一种音视频监控方法,其特征在于,应用于包括通过无线通信网络 相连的监控终端, 管理终端和管理中心的音视频监控系统, 该方法包括: a: 管理终端向监控终端发起可视电话呼叫;
b:所述无线通信网络的移动交换中心 MSC接收到上述可视电话呼叫后, 向所述管理中心发起鉴权请求;
c:所述管理中心根据所述监控终端与所述管理终端的配对使用信息对该 呼叫的主叫方进行鉴权;鉴权通过后指示所述 MSC将所述呼叫转接到所述监 控终端;
d: 与所述管理终端之间成功建立起可视电话连接后, 所述监控终端使用 该连接向所述管理终端发送监控图像。
