Abstract

A percussion instrument tone manipulator device in which the tone of a drum is controlled by the action of an actuator located inside the drum The actuator comprises a rod which applies a force to the skin of the drum thus varying the tone The actuator is activated by a remote control coming out of the drum in the form of a cable.

Description
Title: Percussion Instrument Tone Manipulator Device
When tension is applied to item #7 ( activation cable ), Item #4 ( manipulator device ) contacts the percussion instrument skin. Depending on the amount of pressure applied will mandate the tone variance from the nuetral state of the percussion instrument.
This is unlike patent # PCT - WO 02/101715 A1 - in which the tone is changed manually from a tension device from the outside skin perimeter tension system. This system can only be changed by stopping the drum and manually changing the tension from the outside tension ring system, thereby limiting the possibility of having "Real Time" tone abilities.
Our unknown Innovation in percussion instruments will give the musician the limitless possibilties of their minds to make their message a reality. It is our observation that this will change music forever after implementation.

Parts of Device1 - Existing drum "percussion instrument".2 - Fasteners used to connect device to existing drum "percussion instrument".3 - Main frame of device.4 - Manipulator device.5 - Integrated holding frame.6 - Return spring.7 - Activation cable. Claims
1. Claim: A method of diversifing percussion instruments adeptness, thereby having fewer percussion instruments condign.
2. Claim: A method of changing a given tone said and accentuating between notes.
3. Claim: A prudent way to enhance songs in a different key or note while one said percussion instrument can transform pitch at the musicians inclination.
4. Claim: A method of formulating any percussion instrument the said effectiveness of a given percussion instrument.
5. Claim: A method of finessing the percussion instrument instantaneously while your hands are footloose to assimilate conclusively untouched personal narrative adventures.
