在所述第一护盖和第二护盖之间的透声孔部位还可覆盖有透声 膜, 透声膜与超声换能器之间充盈有耦合剂。所述耦合剂为接近人体 声阻抗的物质, 可采用脱气水、 液体石蜡、 甘油、 蓖麻油、 羊毛脂、 液体凝胶、 5 %单硬脂酸铝块或凡士林以及其他矿物油等材料。
其中, 第一治疗头和第二治疗头可根据治疗的需求分别进行通 断控制和超声波频率的设置。
本发明中, 所述超声波美容治疗设备包括主机和与主机连接的 超声波治疗枪, 其中, 超声波治疗枪可采用上述的一种夹持式超声波 治疗枪。
本发明主要是用于对皮肤的保养, 如恢复皮肤弹性, 除皱、 脱 毛、 去斑等。 治疗时, 用治疗头夹持患部皮肤 (如面部皮肤、 腹部皮 肤等) , 施加频率为 0. 5MHz- 50MHz的超声波, 所述超声波可包括聚 焦超声波和非聚焦超声波, 如采用 8MHz- 11丽2的高频聚焦超声加热 真皮层胶原蛋白,使胶原纤维的形成更加活跃、拉长的胶原纤维收缩, 促进真皮层胶原蛋白重组排列, 达到除皱紧肤等效果; 或施加频率为 1MHz以下的超声波或 ΙΟΟΚΗζ以下的机械波, 通过产生机械振动来达 到皮肤保养和按摩等辅助治疗的作用。
.由于本发明中治疗头釆用两个, 两治疗头既可采用相同频率的 超声换能器, 也可以分别采用不同频率的超声换能器, 从而实现不同 频率对同一部位的治疗。两治疗头可同时工作也可单独工作, 以满足 不同的治疗需要。
本发明系无创治疗, 病人没有手术创伤的痛苦; 同肉毒素局部 注射、 光子嫩肤等非手术疗法相比, 没有药副作用; 对肤色没有特殊 要求。 此外还具有散热充分, 不存在表皮灼伤, 无需表面冷却装置等 优点。 附图说明

以下结合实施例和附图, 对本发明作进一步详细描述。
下面实施例为本发明的非限定性实施例。
实施例 1 :
如图 5 所示, 为本实施例夹持式超声波治疗枪与主机相结合的 示意图。 该美容治疗设备包括主机 40和夹持式超声波治疗枪, 主机 40通过线束 39与超声波治疗枪连接,对治疗枪进行监控和参数调节。
如图 2、 3所示, 本实施例中, 所述超声波治疗枪包括治疗头、 手柄, 手柄内有治疗头运动机构, 手柄包括固定手柄 19和活动手柄 20, 治疗头连接在固定手柄 19上。
如图 3所示, 治疗头采用对称设置的两个, 分别为第一治疗头 1 和第二治疗头 9。
如图 1所示, 第一治疗头 1、 第二治疗头 9内部结构相同, 其包 括有对称设置的钳夹形的壳体, 壳体内有超声换能器 13、 换能器座 12、 超声换能器的散热装置以及控制电路。
壳体包括外壳 10、 第一护盖 11和第二护盖 16, 通过扣压等方 式装配在换能器座 12上。第一护盖 11和第二护盖 16之间为透声孔, 超声换能器 13正对所述透声孔, 两个第二护盖 16的相对面为平面。
换能器座 12采用金属件, 超声换能器 13 固定安装在换能器座 12上, 换能器座 12 同时作为超声换能器 13的一个电极, 超声换能 器 13与换能器座 12粘接的相反面作为另一个电极分别与控制电路 3 相连接。
超声换能器 13可以采用聚焦超声换能器,主要用于除皱、脱毛、 去斑等; 也可以采用非聚焦超声换能器, 通过产生机械振动来达到皮 肤保养、 按摩以及药物导入等辅助治疗的作用。
所述超声换能器的散热装置采用无流体散热装置, 其包括换能 器座 12、 换能器座 12的背面上开有的散热槽 17 以及贴合在散热槽 17上的散热片 18, 散热槽 17内还填充有导热材料, 散热片 18完全 覆盖导热材料, 对超声换能器 13工作时产生的废热进行传导散热。
第一护盖 11和第二护盖 16之间的透声孔上覆盖有透声膜 38, 在超声换能器 13和透声膜 38之间的腔体内填充有耦合剂 15。 耦合 剂 15采用接近人体声阻抗的物质如脱气水、 液体石蜡、 甘油、 蓖麻 油、 羊毛脂、 液体凝胶、 5 %单硬脂酸铝块、 凡士林及其它矿物油等, 耦合剂 15用于对超声换能器 13所发射的超声波起耦合传导作用,以 减少超声波的声衰减。
换能器座 12 的背面还开有监孔探头孔, 有监控探头 14穿过换 能器座 12上的监控探头孔和超声换能器 13插入耦合剂 15中, 并由 换能器座 12固定, 监控探头 14尾部连有监控探头线束 2, 监控探头 线束 2的另一端与主机 40相连接。
本实施例中, 治疗头运动机构釆用可使治疗头做张合运动的连 杆运动机构。
如图 3 所示, 所述连杆运动机构包括沿两治疗头的对称轴线对 称设置的两连杆 26、 拉杆 21、 套于拉杆 21上的弹簧 23和轴套 22、 与拉杆 21连接的换向杆 27。
第一治疗头 1、 第二治疗头 9分别通过销轴 25 与固定手柄 19 相连接, 两治疗头的末端分别通过销轴 24与连杆 26相连; 拉杆 21 的一端通过销轴 24与连杆 26连接, 其另一端连接换向杆 27; 换向 杆 27与活动手柄 20铰接,换向杆 27可将活动手柄 20活动端的旋转 运动转换为拉杆 21 的直线运动; 活动手柄 20 的另一端与固定手柄 19可转动地连接在绕点 28处, 轴套 22和弹簧 23套在拉杆 21上。 自然状态时, 活动手柄 20处于图 2中点划线位置, 两治疗头间的夹 角张开 (图 3中点划线位置) ; 当捏紧活动手柄 20时, 活动手柄 20 与换向杆 27连接的活动端绕绕点 28作旋转运动, 通过换向杆 27拉 动拉杆 21向手柄尾部方向运动, 两连杆 26的夹角增大, 第一治疗头 1、 第二治疗头 9间的夹角减小 (图 3中实线位置) , 治疗枪处于夹 紧状态; 通过调节轴套 22可以调节弹簧 23的松紧度, 从而调节钳夹 初始张角的大小。
治疗时, 第一治疗头 1、第二治疗头 9将病变皮肤如松弛的额部 皮肤夹持住, 同时施加 8匪 z-llMHz高频聚焦超声波, 聚焦于真皮层, 加热胶原蛋白, 使胶原纤维的形成更加活跃、 拉长的胶原纤维收缩, 促进真皮层胶原蛋白重组排列, 从而增强皮肤弹性、增加皮肤张力从 而提紧皮肤, 减少松弛, 达到除皱紧肤的效果; 此外还可以根据需要 施加 1MHz以下的超声波或 lOOKHz以下的机械波,通过产生机械振动 来达到皮肤保养, 药物导入、 按摩等辅助治疗的作用。
有时候同一部位的病变的皮肤不同, 夹持后需要进行不同程度 的超声波治疗,这时可以控制两治疗头内的两超声换能器分别产生不 同频率的超声波, 对病变部位同时进行治疗, 既缩短了治疗时间, 同 时也达到了同等的治疗效果,不会出现病变严重部位治疗不足或是病 变较轻部位治疗过盛等问题。
在治疗过程中, 医生可以根据病患的适时反应以及位于第一治 疗头和第二治疗头内的监控探头 14分别得到的夹持部位信号对治疗 进行实时监控, 所述信号包括图象、 温度等信号。 根据治疗情况医生 可通过主机 40对治疗头的工作参数进行合理调整, 以达到满意的治 疗效果。 实施例 2 :
本实施例中, 除了治疗头运动机构与实施例 1 不同之外, 其他 结构均相同。
本实施例中治疗头运动机构采用使两治疗头相对平动的弹性伸 缩机构。
超声波治疗枪包括治疗头、 手柄, 手柄内有治疗头运动机构, 手柄包括固定手柄 19和活动手柄 20, 两治疗头为钳夹形, 其内部结 构与实施例 1相同。
如图 4所示, 第一治疗头 1和第二治疗头 9对称连接在固定手 柄 19上, 弹性伸缩机构包括第一导轨 32、 固定安装在第一导轨 32 内的内弹簧 33、 第二导轨 34、 置于第二导轨 34内的心轴 35。
活动手柄 20与第一治疗头 1固定连接,固定手柄 19与第二治疗 头 9 固定连接。 第一导轨 32 的端部由螺钉 30 固定连接在活动手柄 20上, 第二导轨 34的端部由压板 37和螺钉固定连接在固定手柄 19 上。 第二导轨 34套在第一导轨 32外, 心轴 35嵌在压板 37上, 插入 内弹簧 33中间。 自然状态时, 两治疗头处于张开状态; 当将活动手 柄 20向固定手柄 19按压时, 两治疗头随着两手柄的握紧而闭合, 从 而实现夹持。
本实施例的治疗原理与实施例 1相同, 其钳夹平动, 夹持准确, 尤其适用于较大面积的皮肤 (如手背皮肤、 腹部皮肤等) 的治疗。
本实施例中其他结构及使用方法均与实施例 1相同。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种夹持式超声波治疗枪, 包括手柄、 用于超声治疗的治疗 头, 治疗头连接在手柄上, 手柄内有治疗头运动机构, 其特征在于所 述治疗头釆用相对设置的两个,即第一治疗头(1)和第二治疗头(9), 两治疗头在治疗头运动机构的带动下可做夹合运动,两治疗头可单独 工作也可同时工作。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于所 述治疗头运动机构可采用带动两治疗头做张合运动的张合运动机构 或做相对平动的平动机构。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于所 述手柄包括活动手柄 (20) 和固定手柄 (19) , 第一治疗头和第二治 疗头可转动地连接在固定手柄上,所述治疗头运动机构釆用张合运动 机构, 该张合运动机构为连杆运动机构, 其包括分别与第一治疗头 (1) 、 第二治疗头 (9) 的末端通过销轴 (24)连接的两连杆 (26) 、 拉杆 (21) 、 套于拉杆上的弹簧 (23) 、 与拉杆连接的换向杆 (27) , 两连杆对称设置, 两连杆的另一端通过销轴与拉杆连接, 换向杆与活 动手柄的一端铰接, 活动手柄的另一端连接在固定手柄上。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于所 述弹簧 (23) 与换向杆(27)之间的拉杆 (21) 上还套有轴套 (22) 。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于所 述手柄包括活动手柄 (20) 和固定手柄 (19) , 第一治疗头 (1) 固 定连接在活动手柄上, 第二治疗头 (9) 固定连接在固定手柄上, 所 述治疗头运动机构采用平动机构, 所述平动机构为弹性伸缩机构, 其 包括端部连接在活动手柄内壁上的第一导轨(32) 、 固定安装在第一 导轨内的内弹簧 (33) 、 套于第一导轨外的第二导轨 (34) 、 置于第 二导轨内的心轴(35) , 第二导轨的端部连接在固定手柄上与第一导 轨相对应。
6. 根据权利要求 1一 5之一所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特 ' 征在于第一治疗头和 /或第二治疗头内有换能器座 (12) 、 置于换能 器座上的超声换能器 (13) , 超声换能器中部装有监控探头 (14) , 监控探头的尾部通过监控探头线束 (2) 与外部控制系统连接。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于第 一治疗头和 /或第二治疗头内还有用于对超声换能器散热的散热装 置。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于所 述散热装置采用无流体散热装置, 其包括换能器座 (12) 、 换能器座 背面上的散热槽 (17) 以及贴合于散热槽上的散热片 (18) , 散热槽 内填充有导热材料。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于所 述第一治疗头 (1) 和第二治疗头 (2) 中的换能器座 (12) 外分别包 覆有壳体, 壳体为钳夹形, 两治疗头的壳体相对设置, 壳体包括外壳
(10) 、 第一护盖 (11) 和第二护盖 (16) , 第一护盖和第二护盖之 间是透声孔, 超声换能器正对所述透声孔, 两个第二护盖的相对面为 平面。 10. 根据权利要求 9所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于 所述第一护盖 (11) 和第二护盖 (16) 之间的透声孔部位覆盖有透声 膜(38), 透声膜(38)与超声换能器(13)之间充盈有耦合剂(15)。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪, 其特征在于 所述耦合剂 (15) 为接近人体声阻抗的物质, 可釆用脱气水、 液体石 蜡、 甘油、 蓖麻油、 羊毛脂、 液体凝胶、 5 %单硬脂酸铝块或凡士林。
12. 一种超声波美容治疗设备, 包括主机和与主机连接的超声 波治疗枪,其特征在于所述超声波治疗枪采用如权利要求 1一 11之一 所述的夹持式超声波治疗枪。
