Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及医用超声治疗头的改进，尤其是医用功率超声治疗头的改进。
二、背景技术
医用功率超声设备已经有了长足的应用和发展，超声波在液体中的空化效应可以实现血管内的微爆破。超声波的这种功效被用于普通外科手术的各种组织切割，相对于普通手术刀，其主要优点是手术部位组织损伤小，出血量小。其它情况下功率超声治疗头一般不能直接作用于人体，如有超声波在水浴中进行工作，也用于碎石和其它治疗。但水浴中的治疗方法限制了用途，治疗也极不方便。功率超声波直接作用于人体皮肤组织时，会造成组织的灼伤。因而，低功率超声波在介入和微创手术的应用正得到广泛关注。如本申请人利用超声波对肿瘤组织的照射，可以使其中的微血管栓塞，达到无创治疗的效果，见在先申请的03132373和03152895等专利申请。
三、发明内容
本发明的是提供一种医用功率超声治疗头，尤其是一种带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，实现无创的功率超声传递，且使用治疗方便。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，包括金属治疗头、电极片、陶瓷片、变幅杆、配重、电源线、手柄、端接头、在治疗头上设有包裹的水囊。
(医用)功率超声波发生器主机产生特定频率的功率电信号，手持治疗头中的压电晶片将电功率转换振动功率，并通过变幅杆结构实现振幅放大，以传导方式输出至治疗头。本发明在使用时通过水囊的水将能量传递出。注水囊同时具有耦合和缓冲保护机体组织的作用。
本发明的医用超声治疗头的改进，在各种用途对功率超声波的工作频率和功率均可以使用，包括用于治疗和保健美容等领域，尤其是与人体接触的场合。
本发明的特点是：提供了一种医用功率超声治疗头，是一种带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，实现无创的功率超声传递，且治疗和保健等使用时方便。

金属治疗头1、接头2、电极片3、陶瓷片4、变幅杆4-1、配重5、电源线6、手柄7、端接头8、8-1、接插头9、开关11、电源线10、指示灯12、水囊13。
五、具体实施方式
金属治疗头从端接头处伸出，水囊或称水膜囊13套在端接头上。端接头上设有排水接头2，用于将过量的水排出，并可以保证水膜囊内水的注满，通过排水接头2将水排出后，可以用塞子将排水接头的出口塞住。水膜囊13以乳胶为好，可以一次性的更换使用。注水囊还可以注入其它液体，能进行有效的超声耦合。
Claims (4)
1.带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，包括金属治疗头(1)、电极片(3)、陶瓷片(4)、变幅杆(4-1)、配重(5)、电源线(6)、手柄(7)、端接头(8、8-1)构成，其特征是在治疗头上设有包裹的水囊。
2.由权利要求1所述的带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，其特征是金属治疗头从端接头处伸出，水囊(13)套在端接头上。
3.由权利要求1或2所述的带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，其特征是端接头上设有排水接头(2)。
4.由权利要求1或2所述的带有耦合和缓冲保护装置的手持式超声治疗头，其特征是水囊(13)以乳胶制成。
