Abstract

【課題】 　本発明は、比較的安価且つ簡易な作業で土壌を改質することができる新規な土壌改質工法、及びこの土壌改質工法を用いて、対象土地周辺適宜箇所に遮断層を形成する土地遮蔽工法を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】 　土壌に対し、ハロゲン化物を主成分とする安定化剤、固定化担体及び水で処理することにより、当該土壌内に存在する有害物質を安定化すると共に当該安定化した有害物質を固定化担体に担持することを特徴とする土壌改質工法及びこの土壌改質工法を用いた土地遮蔽工法。
