Abstract

The invention relates to an air conditioning system comprising a device for the diffusion of a liquid comprising: at least one removable cartridge (6) incorporating a substrate soaked in the said liquid and means for storing information (16); means (8, 9) for vaporizing the liquid; electronic and/or computerized control means (11) capable of causing a parameter of operation of the vaporization means to vary. The storage means of the cartridge contain at least one series of data, called the compensation law, supplying operating parameter values according to a historic parameter representative of the prior use of the cartridge. The diffusion device comprises means for evaluating and recording the instantaneous value of the historic parameter. The control means are suitable for reading the storage means and imposing the stored value of the operating parameter that corresponds to the recorded value of the historic parameter.
