Abstract

L'invention concerne une tablette de travail pouvant en particulier être adaptée dans une table de travail horizontale du type bureau et similaire, qui comprend un corps sensiblement rectangulaire dont la face supérieure présente une surface inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale dans une plage comprise entre 5° et 15°, de façon que la paroi arrière soit plus haute que la paroi avant; la longueur minimale dudit corps permettant à un utilisateur de pouvoir appuyer ses deux avant-bras de façon sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport à un axe longitudinal de ladite tablette de travail. L'utilisateur est ainsi amené à pencher son tronc vers l'arrière de sorte que son dos soit entièrement appuyé contre le dossier du siège sur lequel il est assis, ce qui permet d'obtenir naturellement un angle assise-dossier oscillant entre 100° et 110° et considéré comme position adéquate de travail.
