Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Biotensidherstellung, wobei biotensiderzeugende Mikroorganismen, in einem Nährsubstrat bewegt werden. Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass das Nährsubstrat im Überschuss verwendet und eine mechanische Schaumzerstörung durchgeführt wird.
