Abstract

La présente invention concerne un raccord à fermeture rapide (58) utilisé pour raccorder deux parties de conduite (103, 105) d'un tuyau d'alimentation (57) qui se trouvent sous haute pression, par exemple 16 ou 20 bars. Ce raccord à fermeture rapide est caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de conduite (103, 105) comportent une soupape de conception particulière. La soupape associée au côté alimentation (104) est conçue sous forme de soupape d'arrêt (63) ou de soupape à siège d'arrêt (31), alors qu'une soupape anti-retour (65) ou une soupape à bague d'étanchéité (30) assurant également une étanchéité complète est placée côté consommateur (64 ou 106), de manière qu'un fluide sous pression se trouvant encore dans cette partie de conduite (105) ne puisse pas se dégager soudainement, mais puisse au contraire s'échapper lentement et sans danger ou puisse également être complètement contenu de façon étanche, afin que la partie de conduite (105) reste du côté consommateur (106) et permette ensuite, lorsqu'elle se trouve sous ladite haute pression avec la broche de raccord associée (60'), une connexion aisée et sûre avec le raccord rapide (59') présentant une conception correspondante.
