CMS负责 IPTV平台的内容管理。 包括: 栏目管理、 频道管理、 节目源 管理、 台标 /字幕管理、 内容操作、 内容审核 /发布、 内容调度、 内容监控、 资费管理、 广播 /轮播节目播放安排、 滚动字幕安排、 广告插播安排、 计划 监控、 工作流程设置与执行等。
CDN 包括内容分发和媒体服务。 内容分发负责分布式流媒体内部的内 容管理、 内容存储、 内容緩存、 内容调度、 内容重定向、 服务管理、 网络管 理等功能; 而媒体服务负责点播、 直播、 轮播、 时移电视等媒体服务功能。
其中, 运营角色是通过 IPTV支撑系统定义的。 通过 IPTV支撑系统, 可以灵活定制不同的角色和权限的操作员, 满足电信、 虚拟运营商、 集团用 户、 普通用户利用该系统进行维护和经营。
各个不同的角色具有不同的杈限, 系统包括以下角色:
平台管理者: 系统超级管理员、 系统操作员、 SP超级管理员、 虚拟运 营商超级管理员;
SP/CP提供商: SP操作员;
虚拟运营商: 虚拟运营商操作员;
集团用户 /用户组: 某一运营商发展的一组用户, 由业务运营商设定; 用户组可以有自己的 EPG显示方式, 用户由统一的入口进入 EPG, EPG根 据用户组的属性查找其对应的模板, 按不同的模板回应用户的操作请求; 用户: 享受业务运营商提供的业务和服务并向业务运营商支付费用。
其中, 业务体现可以通过将不同 IPTV业务进行 "频道化" 组织展现给 最终用户, 业务频道和 EPG系统为应用模式不同但又相互关联的体系 (见 图 2 )。
EPG 系统: 为一组相互关联的定制的 HTML ( Hyper Text Markup Language, 超文本标志语言) 页面, 各页面之间通过 URL相关联; 每个运 营商 /虚拟运营商均有一套独立的 EPG系统,一个运营商下的用户共同使用 一个主 EPG入口地址; 运营商可以为本运营商内的用户组定制不同的 EPG 模版。 EPG系统包含多个不同的 EPG, 每个 EPG拥有不同的 URL。
EPG模版: EPG模板在本质上是 EPG的显示方式, 每个 EPG模版都由 一系统的描述文件 ( JSP )和 TAG文件构成; EPG模版由运营商 /虚拟运营 商为本运营商内的不同用户组定制; 用户由统一的入口进入 EPG, EPG根 据用户的属性查找其对应的模板, 按不同的模板回应用户的操作请求。
业务频道: 将不同业务(或不同业务组合) 的入口 URL和某一频道相 关联, 形成业务频道; 与 EPG系统一样, 每个运营商拥有独立的业务频道 系统; 业务频道和 BPG的关联方式可以由运营商灵活设定; 业务频道中除 包括二级 EPG 入口地址外还包括直播 /时移频道的 RTSP ( Real Time Streaming Protocol, 实时流协议)链接, 形成 "频道混排" ; 根据用户 /用 户组的订购权限, 业务频道系统为不同权限的用户 /用户组生成单独的用户 频道列表。
频道列表: 根据用户订购权限, 业务管理系统为不同权限的用户组生成 不同的频道列表,并下载到机顶盒;频道列表的频道号独立生成、顺序排列; 用户在使用时的频道数量和顺序取决于用户的频道列表,不同的用户体验到 的频道顺序是连续的。
IPTV的各业务运营角色在使用整个 IPTV业务系统资源的前提下,对于 业务运营商 /虚拟运营商, 将各种内容 /服务组织成业务 "频道" 或 EPG层 次, 方便灵活的为最终用户提供多种业务组合。 对业务进行 "频道" 化(频 道混排)处理和组织是整个 IPTV业务开展的重要手段。
图 2给出了本发明实施例 IPTV业务频道混排实现的示意图, 将传统电 视的频道与电子节目指南相关联, 即将频道的频道号或其键码和 EPG的统 一资源定位符进行关联, 例如, 定义如下的 IPTV频道号:
1 ) EPG主页的频道为 0;
2 )直播频道为 XXX;
3 )点播 VOD频道为 XXX;
4 )时移电视频道为 XXX;
5 ) nPVR频道为 XXX;
6 ) 实时投票频道为 XXX;
7 )用户个人监控视频频道为 XXX;
8 )信息服务频道为 XXX;
9 )广告频道为 XXX;
10 )滚动字幕频道为 XXX;
11 )本地游戏频道为 XXX;
12 )在线游戏频道为 XXX;
13 ) 电视购物频道为 XXX; 14 )远程教育频道为 XXX;
15 )可视通话频道为 XXX;
16 )卡拉 OK频道为 XXX;
17 ) 即时通信频道为 XXX;
18 ) ……
IPTV业务频道混排还具有以下的功能:
. ①将不同的业务类型做成频道化的方式,例如:将天气频道、酒店频道, 或者将内容提供商提供的业务做为一个频道。 在操作方式上, 将 EPG主页 作为 "0" 频道(也可以是其它频道), 用户直接按遥控器 "0" 频道键, 即 可进入主 EPG界面; 其他业务类型也可以通过频道键数字进入; 通过频道 切换键可以在不同的业务之间进行切换。
②支持数字按键切换频道, 数字按键至少支持 3位数, 用户可在 1位、 2位、 3位数字输入模式之间进行切换;
③频道记忆功能:默认自动播放上次退出时使用的广播频道或是上次点 播播放的中断点, 或是笫一路有权限的广播频道, 或者是 EPG主页;
④频道收藏功能: 可将感兴趣的频道添力 p至个人频道收藏列表,建立个 性化的频道列表;
⑤支持频道的定购;
⑥支持对于不同用户组(集团用户)的不同业务 "频道,,组织方案: 对 于任何一个用户組, 都可以看到定制的业务 "频道,,或 EPG; 对于每一用户 组, 频道号均顺序排列;
⑦支持节目源(直播频道)的不同引入方式: 节目源可以由平台运营商 引入, 或者由虚拟运营商引入或者直接通过实时编码器引入等;
⑧支持频道增加、 删除、 修改, 支持频道定购。 ' 对业务频道混排的组织是对 STB业务展现模式的一种全新诠释。 对于
STB内部实现来说, 整个逻辑操作的核心对象, 由原来的 EPG主页, 转变 为 EPG动态下传的 "频道列表" 。 控制逻辑的核心分为两大部分: 1 )频道列表的下载以及同步;
2 )频道混排状态下, 频道切换按键的响应处理以及频道切换时的内容 转换及现场恢复处理。
需要特别说明的是: 在业务按照频道进行组织的情况下, 用户操作是随 意的, 比如在 VOD视频播放状态下, 用户可以直接要求进行频道切换, 而 不必先停止当前节目;或者用户在进行信息浏览时切换到了直播频道, 当再 切换回信息浏览频道时, 上一次的现场需要自动恢复等等, 这对 STB程序 逻辑处理带来更大的复杂度, STB需要维护一个逻辑清晰、信息完备的状态 机制, 保证正确的进行状态切换以及恢复。
图 3是本发明实施例 IPTV业务频道混排的 STB开机业务流程。其业务 流程如下:
步驟 301 , STB开机或者用户按遥控器 "菜单" 键;
步骤 302, STB进入 EPG主页;
步骤 303, 判断是否是笫一次访问, 如是, 则转步骤 304; 如否, 则转 步骤 305;
步骤 304, 如果是第一次进入 EPG主页, 则获取 EPG主页所在频道的 相关信息, 然后转步骤 313;
步驟 305, 如果不是的话, 则触发 STB下载按键分发规则列表和默认 EPG地址;
步骤 306, 读取 STB关机时的状态信息;
步骤 307, 判断是否是 VOD频道且处于正在点播状态, 如否, 则转步 骤 308; 如是, 则转步驟 310;
■ 步骤 308, 判断是否是直播或信息频道, 如是, 则转步骤 309; 如否, 则转步骤 313;
步骤 309, 如果是的话, 则取关机前频道的相关信息, 然后转步骤 313; 步骤 310, 如果是 VOD频道且处于正在点播状态, 则取节目号、 断点 位置; 步骤 311 ,判断是否有权限,如有,则转步骤 313;如无,则转步骤 312; 步驟 312, 如无权限, 则需要取对应的 VOD频道的 EPG相关信息, 结 束;
步骤 313, 生成对应直播频道 URL, 下发给机顶盒。
图 4是本发明实施例 IPTV业务频道混排的频道切换流程示意图, 包括 如下步骤: 步驟 401 , 用户发起频道切换;
步骤 402, STB启动浏览器, 输入频道号, 机顶盒 STB启动浏笕器,根 据所述频道号或者其键码打开其对应的 URL;
步骤 403 , EPG查询数据库, 获取指定频道 URL;
步骤 404, EPG生成切换频道页面;
步骤 405, EPG向 STB浏览器发送切换频道页面;
步骤 406, STB切换频道, 保存原频道现场。
本发明所述方法, 并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。对本发 明技术所属领域的普通技术人员来说,可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和 变形, 而所有这些相应的改变和变形都属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明与现有技术相比,拓展了传统电视频道的概念,使得用户能够继 续保持原有的传统电视频道的操作习惯, 有利于的 IPTV的开展和推广。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种因特网网络电视业务系统的实现方法, 其特征在于, 将因特 网网络电视的业务与传统电视的频道相关联,用户通过选择频道激活对应的 业务。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法为将频道的频 道号或其键码和因特网网络电视的电子节目指南 EPG的业务入口进行关联, 用户选择该频道, 则打开其关联的电子节目指南的业务入口的业务资源。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务入口为统一资 源定位符 URL。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述因特网网络电视 的电子节目指南 EPG主页和频道进行关联,用户选择该频道,则进入主 EPG 界面。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述因特 网网络电视的业务和传统电视的频道的关联关系 , 生成频道列表, 下载至机 顶盒中。
6、 如权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于, 用户发起频道切换时, 包 括如下步骤:
( 1 )用户发起频道切换, 输入频道号, 机顶盒启动浏览器, 根据所述 频道号或者其键码打开其对应的统一资源定位符;
( 2 )电子节目指南查询数据库, 获取所述频道对应的统一资源定位符, 所述电子节目指南生成切换频道页面;
( 3 )所述电子节目指南向所述机顶盒浏览器发送所述切换频道页面;
( 4 )所述机顶盒切换频道。
7、 如权利要求 6所述方法, 其特征在于, 步驟(4 )中, 所述机顶盒 切换频道时, 保存切换前的原频道现场, 当再切换回所述原频道时, 恢复所 述原频道现场。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述因特网网络电视的 业务为直播、 时移电视、 视频点播 VOD、 信息服务、 游戏中的一种或多种。
9、 一种因特网网络电视业务系统, 包括因特网网络电视 IPTV业务 提供系统和机顶盒, 其特征在于, 所述 IPTV业务提供系统包括业务频道系 统,用于将所述将因特网网络电视的业务与传统电视的频道相关联, 并将该 关联关系下载至机顶盒中, 所述机顶盒接收用户选择的频道,根据该关联关 系, 激活该频道对应的因特网网络电视的业务。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 IPTV业务提供系 统还包括电子节目指南 EPG系统, 用于为用户提供电子节目指南 EPG, 所 述业务频道系统将频道的频道号或其键码和所述电子节目指南 EPG的业务 入口进行关联。
