Abstract

L'invention concerne une chaudière du type à eau chaude dans laquelle de l'eau froide est chauffée par une unité de récupération de chaleur résiduelle et par un échangeur de chaleur à eau chaude pour être ensuite à nouveau chauffée dans un contenant de chaudière, ce qui permet de réaliser des économies de combustible et un échange de chaleur d'une efficacité considérablement améliorée. La chaudière de l'invention comprend : des moyens échangeurs de chaleur résiduelle qui permettent, lors d'une première étape, de chauffer l'eau fournie depuis l'extérieur en utilisant la chaleur résiduelle d'un gaz d'échappement; des moyens échangeurs de chaleur à eau chaude qui permettent, lors d'une seconde et d'une troisième étape, chauffer un mélange de l'eau chauffée à la première étape et d'eau en provenance de l'extérieur; et des moyens échangeurs chaleur de chaudière qui permettent de chauffer l'eau via les moyens échangeurs de chaleur à eau chaude en utilisant la chaleur produite par un brûleur ou un élément chauffant et, lors d'une quatrième étape, de chauffer l'eau chauffée à la troisième étape.
