Technical Problem
[6] The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above-described problems of the related art. An object of the present invention is to provide a rotatable balloon sign having a simple configuration, which can rotate more easily and minimize noise caused by rotation of the balloon sign, thereby improving advertising effect.
[7] Another object of the present invention is to provide a rotatable balloon sign with the minimum number of components, thereby improving mobility and installation of the balloon sign. Technical Solution
[8] To achieve the objects of the present invention, there is provided a rotatable balloon sign having a fixing portion in which a lamp and a blower are disposed, and a display portion rotatably disposed on an upper side of the fixing portion with a rotation member being disposed therebetween, characterized in that the rotation member includes a ring-shaped rotation belt (30) rotatably coupled to a protrusion (12) together with a bearing (32) integrally provided to the rotation belt (30), the protrusion (12) protruding from a top surface of the fixing portion (10) and spaced inwardly from an outer circumference of the fixing portion (10), a rotation plate (40) coupled to an upper side of the rotation belt (30) for covering an upper portion of the protrusion (12), the rotation plate (40) having an inner circumference in which gear teeth (42) having a constant pitch are formed and an outer circumference attached to the display portion (20), and a speed-reducing motor (50) coupled to an inner circumference of the fixing portion (10) for rotating the rotation plate (40) at a constant velocity.
[9] The speed-reducing motor (50) may be fixed to the inner circumference of the fixing portion (10) through a motor bracket (54) and include a shaft coupled with a driving gear (52) that contacts the inner circumference of the rotation plate (40) with a constant friction force to transmit torque to the rotation plate (40). Brief Description of the Drawings
[10] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a rotatable balloon sign according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[11] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a rotation member according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[12] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a rotatable balloon sign according to an embodiment of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[13] Hereinafter, a rotatable balloon sign according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
[14] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a rotatable balloon sign according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a rotation member. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the rotatable balloon sign.
[15] Referring to FIGs. 1 through 3, the rotatable balloon sign includes a fixing portion
10 and a display portion 20 disposed on the fixing portion 10. The fixing portion 10 includes a ground-contacting bottom surface and a top surface. A protrusion 12 protrudes from the top surface of the fixing portion 10 and recessed from an outer circumference of the fixing portion 10. The display portion 20 is formed of fabric or synthetic-resin, and rotated using the rotation member.
[16] As well known to those skilled in the art, the fixing portion 10 includes a lamp for prominently and clearly displaying a sign and a blower blowing air into the display portion 20 for maintaining constant pressure.
[17] The inventive rotation member includes a rotation belt 30, a rotation plate 40 rotating on the rotation belt 30, and a speed-reducing motor 50. The rotation belt 30 having a ring shape is coupled to an outer side of the protrusion 12 and rotates through a bearing 32. The speed-reducing motor 50 is coupled to an inner circumference of the fixing portion 10 to rotate the rotation plate 40 at a constant velocity.
[18] Although the rotation belt 30 is disposed on the outer side of the protrusion 12 in the embodiment, the rotation belt 30 may rotate through the bearing 32 with an outer upper surface of the protrusion 12 cut to a predetermined depth. In addition, the rotation belt 30 may be spaced apart from an upper surface of the fixing portion 10 to rotate without friction.
[19] The rotation plate 40 has a ring shaped area to cover the rotation belt 30 and the protrusion 12. Gear teeth 42 having a constant pitch are formed in an inner circumference of the rotation plate 40 to transmit the torque of the speed-reducing motor 50. The display portion 20 is attached to an outer circumference of the rotation plate 40. Also, guide rollers spaced a predetermined distance from each other may be formed in the bottom of the rotation plate 40. When the rotation plate 40 rotates, the guide roller moves along the top surface of the fixing portion 10 to guide rotation of the rotation plate 40.
[20] The speed-reducing motor50 includes a speed reducer and is fixed to the inner circumference of the fixing portion 10 using a motor bracket 54. A driving gear 52 is fitted on a shaft of the speed-reducing motor50 to contact the inner circumference of the rotation plate 40 with a constant friction force and transmit the torque to the rotation plate 40. The driving gear 52 may be formed of synthetic-resin to minimize noise and generate the constant friction force.
[21] Therefore, when the torque of the speed-reducing motor50 is transmitted to the rotation plate 40 by the driving gear 52, the rotation plate 40 and the display portion 20 rotate. In here, the rotation plate 40 is coupled with the rotation belt 30, thereby preventing the separation of the display portion 20 from the fixing portion 10 caused by external loads.
[22] Referring to the aforementioned configuration, the operation of the rotatable balloon sign will now be described. The motor bracket 54 coupled with the speed- reducing motor50 is attached to the inner circumference of the fixing portion 10 with the driving gear 52 engaging with the gear teeth 42 of the rotation plate 40. In here, the driving gear 52 engages with the gear teeth 42 at an appropriate position, thereby preventing noise caused by excessive friction or the idle rotation of the disengaged
driving gear 52.
[23] Thereafter, the display portion 20 is firmly fixed to the outer circumference of the rotation plate 40.
[24] When power is supplied to the rotatable balloon sign, the display portion 20 is inflated by the blower and illuminated by the lamp. Also, the driving gear 52 is driven by the speed-reducing motor 50 to rotate the rotation plate 40 with the rotation belt 30 coupled to the protrusion 12 of the fixing portion 10 through the bearing 32. The rotation belt 30 prevents the rotation plate 40 from separating from the fixing portion 10.
[25] As described above, according to the present invention, since the configuration of the rotation member has simpler than that of a conventional rotatable balloon sign, the rotatable balloon sign is low-cost and effective. Furthermore, the simple rotatable balloon sign can improve productivity and economy.
[26] While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims. Industrial Applicability
[27] The rotatable balloon sign according to the present invention has the simple configuration and can easily rotate, thereby improving advertising effect and minimizing noise caused by rotation.
[28] Furthermore, the rotatable balloon sign has the minimum number of components, thereby improving mobility, installation, productivity, and value of the rotatable balloon sign.
