Balloon signs in various sizes can also be installed on the tied-up apparatus. Korean Patent Registration No. 0621829, entitled "ROTATION TYPE AIR SIGN BALLOON" discloses a rotatable balloon sign for improving advertising effect.
[5] However, conventional fixed balloon signs decrease advertising effect. Also, conventional rotatable signs require many components, thereby increasing manufacturing costs and noise. Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem
[6] The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above-described problems of the related art. An object of the present invention is to provide a rotatable balloon sign having a simple configuration, which can rotate more easily and minimize noise caused by rotation of the balloon sign, thereby improving advertising effect.
[7] Another object of the present invention is to provide a rotatable balloon sign with the minimum number of components, thereby improving mobility and installation of the balloon sign. Technical Solution
[8] To achieve the objects of the present invention, there is provided a rotatable balloon sign having a fixing portion in which a lamp and a blower are disposed, and a display portion rotatably disposed on an upper side of the fixing portion with a rotation member being disposed therebetween, characterized in that the rotation member includes a ring-shaped fixing plate (30) coupled to a top surface of the fixing portion (10) and having an upper inner surface to which a rotation belt (35) rotatable by a bearing (32) is coupled, a rotation plate (40) disposed on a top side of the fixing plate (30) and coupled with the rotation belt (35), the rotation plate (40) having an inner circumference in which gear teeth (42) having a constant pitch are disposed and an outer circumference attached to the display portion (20), and a speed-reducing motor (45) coupled to an inner circumference of the fixing portion (10) for rotating the rotation plate (40) at a constant velocity.
[9] The speed-reducing motor (45) may be fixed to the inner circumference of the fixing portion (10) through a motor bracket (49) and include a shaft coupled with a driving gear (47) that contacts the inner circumference of the rotation plate (40) with a constant friction force to transmit torque to the rotation plate (40). Brief Description of the Drawings
[10] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a rotatable balloon sign according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[11] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a rotation member according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[12] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a rotatable balloon sign according to an embodiment of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[13] Hereinafter, a rotatable balloon sign according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
[14] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a rotatable balloon sign according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a rotation member. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the rotatable balloon sign.
[15] Referring to FIGs. 1 through 3, the rotatable balloon sign includes a fixing portion
10 and a display portion 20 disposed on the fixing portion 10. The fixing portion 10 includes a ground-contacting bottom portion and a top portion. The display portion 20 is formed of fabric or synthetic-resin, and rotated using the rotation member.
[16] As well known to those skilled in the art, the fixing portion 10 includes a lamp for prominently and clearly displaying a sign and a blower blowing air into the display portion 20 for maintaining constant pressure.
[17] The inventive rotation member includes a fixing plate 30, a rotation plate 40 rotating on the fixing plate 30, and a speed-reducing motor 50. The fixing plate 30 having a ring shape is coupled to a top surface of the fixing portion 10. The speed- reducing motor 50 is coupled to an inner circumference of the fixing portion 10 to rotate the rotation plate 40 at a constant velocity.
[18] A protrusion recessed from an outer circumference of the fixing plate 30 protrudes from a top surface of the fixing plate 30. A rotation belt 35 is disposed on the protrusion and rotates through a bearing 32. The rotation plate 40 is coupled to the rotation belt 35.
[19] The rotation plate 40 has a predetermined area to cover a top side of the fixing plate
30. Gear teeth 42 having a constant pitch are formed in an inner circumference of the rotation plate 40. The display portion 20 is attached to an outer circumference of the rotation plate 40. Also, guide rollers spaced a predetermined distance from each other may be formed in the bottom of the rotation plate 40. When the rotation plate 40 rotates, the guide roller moves along the top surface of the fixing plate 30 to guide rotation of the rotation plate 40.
[20] The speed-reducing motor45 includes a speed reducer and is fixed to the inner circumference of the fixing portion 10 using a motor bracket 49. A driving gear 47 is fitted on a shaft of the speed-reducing motor45 to contact the inner circumference of the rotation plate 40 with a constant friction force and transmit the torque to the rotation plate 40. The driving gear 47 may be formed of synthetic-resin to minimize noise and generate the constant friction force.
[21] Therefore, when the torque of the speed-reducing motor45 is transmitted to the rotation plate 40 by the driving gear 47, the rotation plate 40 and the display portion 20 rotate. In here, the rotation plate 40 is coupled with the rotation belt 35, thereby preventing the separation of the display portion 20 from the fixing portion 10 caused by external loads.
[22] Referring to the aforementioned configuration, the operation of the rotatable balloon sign will now be described. The motor bracket 49 coupled with the speed- reducing motor45 is attached to the inner circumference of the fixing portion 10 with the driving gear 47 engaging with the gear teeth 42 of the rotation plate 40. In here, the driving gear 47 engages with the gear teeth 42 at an appropriate position, thereby preventing noise caused by excessive friction or the idle rotation of the disengaged driving gear 47.
[23] Thereafter, the display portion 20 is firmly fixed to the outer circumference of the rotation plate 40.
[24] When power is supplied to the rotatable balloon sign, the display portion 20 is inflated by the blower and illuminated by the lamp. Also, the driving gear 47 is driven
by the speed-reducing motor 45 to rotate the rotation plate 40 with the rotation belt 35 coupled to the fixing plate 30 through the bearing 32.The rotation belt 35prevents the rotation plate 40 from separating from the fixing portion 10.
[25] According to the present invention, a conventional fixing-type balloon sign can be easily modified into a rotatable balloon sign by installing the rotation member on a fixing portion (refer to reference number 10) of the conventional fixing-type balloon sign, thus productivity is improved. Furthermore, the resulting rotatable balloon sign having a simple configuration can improve economy.
[26] While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims. Industrial Applicability
[27] The rotatable balloon sign according to the present invention has the simple configuration and can easily rotate, thereby minimizing noise caused by rotation and improving advertising effect and reliability.
