Abstract

 本発明は、動作時の静寂性を確保することができ、耐久性に優れた物体検出装置を提供することを目的とする。この目的を達成するため、投光手段が投光した光を走査及び反射する光走査用アクチュエータを備える物体検出装置において、前記光走査用アクチュエータを以下の構成、すなわち、薄板状をなし、長手方向の一端部が固定される複数の板バネと、前記複数の板バネの長手方向の他端部に取り付けられ、前記複数の板バネの形状の変化に伴って移動可能な可動部と、磁束を発生する磁石と、一部が前記磁石に積層され、前記磁石とともに閉じた磁気回路を形成するヨークと、前記可動部に保持され、前記磁石と前記ヨークとの隙間に位置し、開口面が前記磁石と前記ヨークとの積層方向に略直交するコイルと、前記コイルに加わる電磁力によって前記可動部を駆動する電磁駆動手段と、を有するものとする。
