Abstract

　トランスフェクションアレイ法を基として、基板上のスポットを蛍光標識し、同スポット内に被検物質と共に別の蛍光物質で標識した核酸が含まれる細胞運動性評価チップを用い、対象の細胞を播種して２種類の蛍光物質の移動度を観察することにより、被検物質含有細胞の運動性の変化を経時的に観察可能な評価システム、及び細胞の運動抑制物質のスクリーニング法を提供した。
