Abstract

 本発明の課題は、ES細胞を確実に肝細胞に分化させるためのシステムを確立することで ある。本発明によれば、M15細胞の存在下で哺乳動物由来のES細胞を、アクチビン、及び bFGFの存在下で培養した後に、デキサメタゾン、HGF、及びオンコスタチンMの存在下で培 養することを含む、ES細胞から肝細胞へと分化誘導する方法が提供される。
