Abstract

The present invention relates to an oven (1) that comprises a cooking chamber (2), at least two retainers (3) arranged oppositely on the side walls of the cooking chamber (2) and projecting towards the cooking chamber (2) and one or more trays (4) placed into the cooking chamber (2) by being seated on the retainers (3) from their two opposite sides, wherein the foodstuffs to be cooked is emplaced. One or more holes (5) are formed on the sides of the tray (4). A shutter (6) produced of shape - memory - alloy is mounted in the vicinity of the hole (5) for opening and closing the hole (5) by changing its shape with effect of the heat in the cooking chamber (2).
