按此目的设计的一种微波炉的控制装置, 包括表面设置有窗口的控制 面板, 控制面板内侧设置有显示屏模块, 显示屏从控制面板上的窗口向外 伸出, 其结构特征是控制面板上还设置有感应键控制组件。
所述感应键控制组件包括触摸屏和电容感应模块, 触摸屏设置在控制 面板外侧, 其表面设置有若干菜单标记和与显示屏大小相对应的窗口; 在 触摸屏与控制面板之间设置有电容感应模块, 其表面设置有与触摸屏菜单 标记相对应的感应区; 在显示屏模块内侧设置有釆集处理模块, 它与电容 感应模块电性连接。
所述感应键控制组件还包括背光导航模块, 背光导航模块设置在控制 面板与显示屏模块之间; 在背光导航模块与采集处理模块之间设置有驱动 模块, 采集处理模块通过驱动模块驱动背光导航模块工作。
当人手接近或轻触触摸屏时, 通过手指和电容感应区之间的电容量感 应, 电容感应模块自动获取触摸屏上的菜单信息, 并转化为可供采集处理 模块识别的信息传递给釆集处理模块, 釆集处理模块再根据其内部存储的 信息, 对微波炉发出相应的操作指令。
针对现有技术, 本实用新型通过手指和电容感应模块之间的电容感应信 息, 引发信息之间的传递, 令微波炉执行相关的搡作。 用户只需用手指靠近 或触摸控制装置外层的触摸屏上的菜单标记, 便能操作微波炉, 操作简单方 便。 同时, 在使用过程中, 不会磨损控制装置, 因而延长控制装置的使用寿 命; 此外, 其占据的空间也相对较小; 背光导航功能的存在, 能够避免用户 错误操作而引发事故, 使用安全性相应提高。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图 1和图 5, 本微波炉的控制装置包括表面设置有窗口 30的控制 面板 3 , 控制面板 3内侧设置有显示屏模块 6, 显示屏从控制面板 3上的窗 口 30向外伸出。 控制面板 3外侧依次设置有触摸屏 1和电容感应模块 2 , 内侧依次设置背光导航模块 4、 驱动模块和采集处理模块 5。触摸屏 1表面 设置有若干菜单标记 10和与显示屏 5大小相对应的窗口 11, 菜单标记 1 0 处呈透明或半透明状, 可供光线透出。 控制面板 3上设置有与触摸屏 1上 菜单标记 10相对应的开孔。在触摸屏 1与控制面板 3之间设置有电容感应 模块 2 , 其表面设置有与触摸屏 1菜单标记 10相对应的电容感应区 20。 电 容感应区由铜片或其他金属片制成, 其中心设有开孔 21 , 以便背光导航模 块 4的光线到达触摸屏上。 当手指触摸到触摸屏 1上的菜单标记 1 0时, 则 触摸屏 1上其它相对应的可以操作的菜单标记 10处便能透出光来,而该光 线由背光导航模块 4自动选择性地发出,未搡作的菜单标记 10处却没有光 背光导航模块 4和釆集处理模块 5设置在控制面板 3与显示屏模块 6 之间。 采集处理模块 5与电容感应模块 2电性连接。 在采集处理模块 5与 背光导航模块 4之间设置有驱动模块, 采集处理模块 5通过驱动模块驱动 背光导航模块 4工作。 驱动模块和釆集处理模块 5及背光导航模块 4相连 接, 背光导航模块 4由若干个二极管灯所组成, 如图 4所示, 且分设上导 光板 41、 中导光板 42、 下导光板 43, 背光导航模块的二极管灯与电容感 应模块 2的感应区相对应设置排列。 驱动模块包括括若干组二极管及与之 相串联的三极管, 如图 3所示, 二极管起着保护电路的作用。 釆集处理模 块 5发出的指令信息经驱动模块放大后传递给背光导航模块 4 , 背光导航 模块 4的二极管灯有选择的发光(或闪烁), 照亮触摸屏的菜单标记, 从而 指引用户操作。 当人手接近或触摸菜单标记 10时候, 电容感应区 20和人 手之间的电容变化的信息便经电容感应模块 2的芯片处理后, 传递给采集 处理模块 4 , 根据接收到的信息, 采集处理模块 4发出相关的命令指挥微 波炉工作 (例如: 微波发射、 转盘旋转等)。

1、一种微波炉的控制装置,包括表面设置有窗口( 30 )的控制面板( 3 ), 控制面板内侧设置有显示屏模块(6 ), 显示屏从控制面板上的窗口向外伸 出, 其特征是在控制面板上还设置有感应键控制组件。
2、根据杈利要求 1所述的微波炉的控制装置, 其特征是所述感应键控 制组件包括触摸屏( 1 )和电容感应模块( 2 ), 触摸屏设置在控制面板外侧, 其表面设置有若干菜单标记(10 )和与显示屏大小相对应的窗口 (11 ); 在 触摸屏与控制面板之间设置有电容感应模块, 其表面设置有与触摸屏菜单 标记在纵深方向上相对应的感应区(20 ); 在显示屏模块内侧设置有釆集处 理模块(5 ), 它与电容感应模块电性连接。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的微波炉的控制装置, 其特征是所述感应键控 制组件还包括背光导航模块(4 ), 背光导航模块设置在控制面板与显示屏 模块之间; 在背光导航模块与釆集处理模块之间设置有驱动模块, 釆集处 理模块通过驱动模块驱动背光导航模块工作。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的微波炉的控制装置, 其特征是所述控制面板 上设置有与触摸屏上菜单标记相对应的开孔; 电容感应模块的感应区由金 属片制成,其中心设有开孔(21 ), 以便背光导航模块的光线到达触摸屏上。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的微波炉的控制装置, 其特征是所述背光导航 模块由若干二极管灯组成, 且分设上、 中、 下导光板, 背光导航模块的二极 管灯与电容感应模块的感应区相对应设置排列; 所述驱动模块由若干二极管 和与之串联的三极管组成。
