Abstract

本発明は、タンパク質と核酸を含有する試料から、容易かつ簡便に、タンパク質を失活させて該試料中の核酸を増幅するために用いられる酵素含有ゲル、該酵素含有ゲルを有する核酸の増幅キット、及び該酵素含有ゲルを用いた核酸の増幅方法を提供することを課題とする。本発明は、耐熱性酵素を含有することを特徴とする酵素含有ゲル、前記酵素含有ゲルとタンパク質分解酵素とを有する核酸の増幅キット、前記酵素含有ゲルを用いる核酸の増幅方法を提供する。
