Abstract

It is possible to provide an X-ray image capturing method having an improved contrast and granularity, a scintillator panel and an X-ray image sensor used for the method. The X-ray image capturing method uses the scintillator panel having a scintillator layer on a substrate. The scintillator layer is formed of a fluorescent columnar crystal. A layer thickness T[μm] of the scintillator layer and a tube voltage V[kVp] of an X-ray generation source upon imaging satisfy General Expression (1) as follows. General Expression (1): 2 ≤ T/V ≤ 10 (unit: [μm]/[kVp])
