Abstract
Electrical current production engine operating by one (at least) electromotor AC or DC (12) and having the engine operating, during the operation of the engine, using the rotating weights (5) of the arm (4) and the rotating weight of the flywheel (7), multiplies the power taking from the electro motor AC or DC (12) and with the new power operates a new electro generator (13), so that the produced electrical power of the electro generator AC (13) feeds the consumption network. The electrical power produced, is proper for, domestic or professional use. The engine operates with one of the two following ways: I- The engine is self sufficient i.e. the motor DC operates having electrical power through a battery, operating the engine and the electric generator AC, too. The electric generator AC with its produced electric power through the battery charger, recharges the battery and the excessive produced electric power feeds the consumption network. II- The electromotor AC operates taking power through the electrical domestic network It also operates the engine and the electric generator AC. The consumption network is fed by the produced electrical power.
Description
ELECTRICAL CURRENT PRODUCTION ENGINE INTO ITS CONSUMPTION PLACE
This engine is operated by one at least electromotor.
During its operation the power which is given by the A.C. or D. C. electromotor, is multiplied and gives power to A.C. electromotor which produces electrical power (current) and supplies the electrical domestic system. The already existing engines which produce electrical energy for Domestic use, Professional use, or Agricultural use, utilize, Petrol Oil, Gas Oil, or Gas all three very expensive for their use.
They, also produce a great amount of gases causing Air Pollution. The noise produced by their operation , causes a sound pollution. Their Construction and Maintenance is especially expensive because of the quantity of their fittings consisting of special metals, which are very expensive to buy. Totally, these engines have a very high cost.
People working on these engines have to be specialized in order to operate theme, too. This Electrical Current Production Engine is totally, as a central idea, the combination of the items bellow :
1.- An arm and lever with a kind of a weight on the one edge, while the other edge of the referred arm is fastened on a shaft .
Pressing the weight of the arm , we provide rotation to the arm around the shaft and a power proportionate with the length of the arm the heaviness of the weight and relatively with the number of revolutions, is appeared. 2.- A geared mechanism with ratchets, moved, incorporated with the arm at the same shaft.
3.- A pulley, having the same shaft with the geared mechanism and the ratchets, which is moved by an electromotor and this pulley through the arm and the ratchets of the geared mechanism, moves the shaft.
4.- The strength developed to the shaft through a second pulley, located at the same shaft , moves an A.C. electro-generator which produces electrical power (current). The previous referred in every single, one paragraph of the four ones, are already known.
Connecting and locating properly at the same shaft all four together, as referred
previously, with a fly-wheel located at the same shaft, which provides multiple energy of what is given .
This is the whole idea of the construction and the operation for the engine of electrical current production. There is not a similar one.
The electrical current production engine into its consumption place is more economical operating either the first or the second way referred below.
Functioning by the first way, being self sufficient, has no economical expenses.
It is self sufficient, having electrical power (current) produced through the engine at the batteries recharger.
Functioning by the second way, having electrical power (current) through the State
Electric Power Network or any other A.C. power.
This electrical power consumpted for its operation , is a very small amount of electrical power , more economical of the Petrol, Gasoline, Gas. When any one of the two ways above is operated, there is not any exhaust gases production, because there is not combustible materials so that , there is not any Air Pollution.
It is mostly soundless, too.
Its construction and its maintenance is very economical because its fittings are a few. Particularly its construction is very simple using common metals.
People, working either to its construction or to its maintenance need not great specialization .
It is very simple.
It is also simple for its use , where it is located, in order to be operated by any one. Finally, comparing this engine with the existing ones, which produce electrical power for home or professional use, is more interesting (the first one).
On drawing No 1 is presented a self-sufficient Electrical Power Production
Engine of one stage.
On drawing No 2 is presented a Electrical Power Production Engine of one stage operating through the electrical power (current) through the State Electric
Power Network or any other A.C. power.
On drawings 3 and 4 is presented the generator of electric current self sufficient of three stages .
On drawings 5 and 6 is presented the generator of electric current powered by a A.C. plug from the city network or from another source of A.C. power . The generator as it appears on drawings 1-2-3-4-5 and 6 consisting from the following parts. 1) Frame
2) Axle
3) The turning gear, the geared mechanism with double ball bearing and ratchets.
4) Arm and Lever. 5) Weights
6) Power receiver pulley with two ball bearing at its center.
7) Fly wheel
8) Transferring power pulley.
9) Axle base ball bearing. 10) Fastening screws of Lever and turning gear power receiving pulley.
11) Ball bearing of power receiving pulley
12) AC or DC motor.
13) AC Electric Generator .
14) Wedges. The AC or DC electromotor (12) gives power to the receiving power pulley (6) which is attached to the same axle (2) via two ball bearings (11) with the geared mechanism with double ball bearings and ratchets(3), the fly-wheel (7) and the transferring power pulley(8). When the AC or DC (12) motor gives power to the receiving power pulley (6), on which is attached with screws (10) the geared mechanism (3) , the lever (4) and The weights (5) , the whole engine moves.
The engine using the rotating weights (5) of the level (4) and the fly wheel(7), multiplies the power taken from the AC or DC motor (12) and with the new increased power through the transferring power pulley (8) and belts gives power to the AC generator (13) which in its turn generates AC current which is fed to the electric net work.
The engine works in two ways mentioned bellow: 1.- Self sufficient, the DC motor works taking power from a battery , operates the
engine as mentioned above and the engine gives power to the AC generator (13) with the same way.
With the generated power through a battery charger the battery which starts the engine is constantly charged. The extra electricity is fed to the public electrical network.
Instead of battery charger we install a DC generator which is powered With belts from transferring power pulleys (8) the same AC generator ( 13 ) does , the DC generator charges the battery and keeps it constantly charged for continuous operation of the DC motor (12). 2.- The AC motor (12) operates using electricity from the public network or from another AC power source, this operates the engine as mentioned above and the engine operates the AC generator (13) the same way. The electricity generated from generator AC (13) feeds back the public net work For the engine to operate we use a starter. The produced electrical power (current) is proper for :
Home, professional or agricultural use. Also for central heating boilers with electrical resistances instead ofboilers with fuel consumption . For heating water , for cooking electrical kitchens, for heating greenhouses, for water desalination units, or anywhere else electrical resistances can be used.. The engine can be located and operated into warehouse , on a roof top of a building, in any open space in a field , in the home industries and any where else needed .
OPERATION OF THE ELECTRIC PRODUCTION ENGINE The electromotor AC or DC (12), via the belts or the jointed chain, rotates the power receiving pulley (6). Because of the power receiving pulley (6) is steadily connected to the turning gear, geared mechanism (3) the arm and lever (4) with the weights (5), connected with the ball bearings (11) with the axle (2) rotating carrying away the axle (2), helped by the ratchets of the geared mechanism (3) according to the direction given by the motor AC or DC (12). Rotating the power receiving pulley (6) brings up the weights (5) to the highest rotating point, while then , they continue to come down because of their weight and the possessive speed that axle (2) gets from the rotating weights which is bore at the
periphery of the fly wheel (7) , who is steadily connected to the same axle (2).
Moving downwards the weights (5) give to the axle (2) multiple power of what the motor AC or DC (12) gives, so that, to continue even rotating , after the lower point of the rotation. Continually, the motor AC or DC (12) with the multiple gained rotating power, keeping rotating, continuous to bring the weights to the highest rotating point in order to complete a circle and start a new one.
Because of the axle (2), is free to rotate itself to same direction, may be going in front of the pulley receiving power (6), due to possessive speed and the speed provided by the flywheel (7)
This rotating motion, which has been produced from the engine through the power transferring pulley (8) and its belts, it is transferred to the electro generator AC (13), which produces electrical power (current).
For the starting of the engine, a starting electro motor can be used. The starting electro motor connected during the starting, will lift the weights (5) to the highest rotating point, and there, will be disconnected and stopped.
Immediately afterwards, the motor AC or DC (12) will start to rotates, and the engine will rotate continuously through the motor AC or DC (12)
