Abstract
The present invention relates to a system for detecting signals based on vehicle states and times at which an amount of impact is counted and a processing method thereof, which can check whether the corresponding vehicle is the wrongdoer and the damage situation in real time to thereby carry out on-the-spot inspection and accident processing in a fast and fair way when a personal injury accident or a property damage accident happens due to the vehicle, and in particular, in the case of the hit-and-run accident, it is possible to detect the degree of impact in an accident region corresponding to the estimated accident time using a coordinate value of the accident region and check detailed history information including the registration number of the getaway vehicle or carry out verification using a black box of the vehicle in real time, so that unsettled cases can be resolved and management of collecting real time traffic accident data can be effectively increased as much as possible.
