A skin care device includes a housing (2) having a steam outlet (7) and a mist outlet (8), a steam generation section (12) for heating liquid (19) to generate steam, a cold mist generation section (13) for generating cold mist from the liquid, and a control section (14) for controlling switchover and discharge conditions of steam and mist and having a control mode for performing at least two or more warm cycles and cold cycles.
