Abstract

測定装置100は、固体高分子電解質膜203が配置されその一方の面に気体を供給し他方の面にプロトン性溶媒を供給する測定セル201、固体高分子電解質膜203に対して静磁場を印加する磁石113、固体高分子電解質膜203に対して励起用振動磁場を印加するとともに、固体高分子電解質膜203の厚さ方向における一部の領域におけるNMR信号を取得する小型RFコイル114、および固体高分子電解質膜203の一方の面に前記気体を供給し他方の面にプロトン性溶媒を供給した状態で小型RFコイル114が取得したNMR信号に基づき、固体高分子電解質膜203中のプロトン性溶媒の濃度の経時変化を取得して、固体高分子電解質膜203中のプロトン性溶媒の透過特性値を算出する演算部130を含む。
