结合图 1和图 4可以看出, 电加热器 2从过热保护器 1的三个过孔 161、 162、 163穿过并用三个固定螺丝 271 (另两个不可见)与过热保护器 1 固定 在一起, 此时, 双金属致动器 3与电加热器 2上的凸台 221 良好热接触。 此 时, 双金属致动器 3处于待发状态, 它的弧度是鼓向电加热器 2的。 双金属 致动器 3的中心位置接触棒体 11的一端。 棒体 11的另一端接触到有一定弹 性的可活动电连接片 12。在可活动电连接片 12的自由端上设置一电触头 141, 即动触头; 另一个电触头 142, 即静触头设置在一个固定电连接片 13上。 可 活动电连接片 12与固定电连接片 13通过电触头 141、 142形成供电通路中的 一个开关结点。 从此图还可以看到, 双金属致动器 3是设置在电加热器 2的 发热元件 21的最高处。 由于电加热器 1与双金属致动器 3有良好的热接触, 故当容器中的水降低至电加热器 2的凸台 221 以下时, 凸台 221的温度就会 急骤上升, 触发双金属致动器 3。 这样电加热器 2的引出棒 231、 232所在水 平面上的发热元件 21还处于水中, 不会引起过热, 保证发热元件 21的寿命 和使用安全。
图 5中部件盖体及安装在盖体上的部件被隐藏, 以看到内部部件的分布。 从图中可看出, 固定电连接片 13与插销 71连接在一起, 可连接电源。 可活 动电连接片 12的另一端设置在孔 101下, 与电加热器 2的一个引出棒 242通 过将引出棒 242插入图中所示的孔 101 中连接在一起。 电加热器 1的另一个 引出棒与另一个孔 102下的插销 73的未端连接在一起(中间有一个开并结点, 此处未在本发明范围内, 故不做分解, 认为其是连接在一起的)。 这样在两个 插销 71、 73通电的情况下电加热器 2通电, 由于此时电触头 141、 142是接 通的。 这样供电通路闭合, 电源给电加热器供电。 在可活动电连接片 12的自 由端设置一个弹片 15,弹片 15的自由端设置在外壳本体 5上的一个孔 51中。
从图 6中可看出, 此时双金属致动器 3因感受电加热器 2的异常加热而 动作, 使棒体 11向如图右侧方向移动, 棒体 11的另一端使可活动电连接片 12向如图右侧方向移动, 致使设置在其上的电触头 141与设置在固定电连接 片 13上的电触头 142脱离,这时断开供电通路。电加热器 2的电源供给中断, 异常加热状态停止。 同时在弹片 15上设有一个翘起一定角度的折边 151 , 在 可活动电连接片 12被推向如图右侧方向, 与所述的固定电连接片 13脱离后, 所述的折边 151卡住可活动电连接片 12的自由端, 此时设在一个偏心机构中 的复位杆 6在一个稳定位置, 这时, 即使当电加热器 2因为停止加热温度下 P争后, 双金属致动器 3恢复, 可活动电连接片 12也不会复位与固定电连接片 13接通。 从而避免了重复的异常加热。
从图 7中可看出, 此时是消费者发现电加热器 2的异常加热, 采取相应 的改正措施并将复位杆 6拨向另一个稳定位置, 弹片 15在折边 151附近相连 位置设置一个触动折弯边 152。 设在复位杆 6上的一个斜筋 61将触动折弯边 152向如图向上的方向拨动一定的距离。与触动折弯边 152相连的折边 151同 时也被拨动一定的距离。 使被卡住的可活动电连接片 12 的自由端脱离折边 151。 可活动电连接片 12 的自由端在自身弹性的回复力作用下向如图右边方 向移动, 使设于可活动电连接片 12上的电触头 141与设在固定电边接片 13 上的电触头 142接触。 从而恢复电加热器 2的电源供给。 恢复到以前的待触 发状态。 通过以上的实施方式可使过热保护器在浸入式电加热器干烧之前, 切断电源供应, 之后通过手动实现恢复待触发状态, 对于浸入式电加热器的 寿命及使用者的安全是非常有利的。 描述的技术方案, 因此, 尽管本说明书参照上述的具体实施方式对本发明已 进行了详细的说明, 但是, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 仍然可以对本 发明进行修改或等同替换, 而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及 其改进, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种应用在液体加热器上的热敏感应过热保护器,所述过热保护器安 装在包含壳体和盖体的腔体内, 包括一个双金属致动器, 所述汉金属致动器 安装于浸入式电加热器上成垂直设置的端面上, 所述双金属致动器与所述端 面热接触, 其特征在于所述安装位置高于电加热器引出棒。
2、如权利要求 1所述的过热保护器,其特征在于所述过热保护器还包括 穿设于所述盖体的棒体、 可活动电连接片、 固定电连接片及电源插销, 其中 所述棒体一侧与所述双金属致动器接触, 另一侧与可活动电连接片接触, 所 述固定电连接片与电源插销电连接, 所述可活动电连接片和固定电连接片通 过分设其上的动触头和静触头形成供电通路中的一个开关结点, 所述可活动 电连接片的自由端与一弹性卡销装置成可触碰连接。
3、如权利要求 2所述的过热保护器,其特征在于所述弹性卡销装置为一 个弹片, 所述弹片的一侧边设置一个翘起一定角度的折边, 所述折边可在所 述动触头和静触头分离后卡止所述可活动电连接片, 所述弹片末端通过一个 触动折弯边与一个手动回复机构成可触碰连接。
4、如权利要求 3所述的过热保护器,其特征在于所述手动回复机构包括 一个复位杆和与其固定连接的一个斜筋, 所述复位杆在一个稳定位置上通过 所述斜筋与所述弹片的触动折弯边成可触碰连接, 使所述弹片的折边上提。
5、如权利要求 1所述的过热保护器,其特征在于所述双金属致动器为弹 性安装。
6、一种与权利要求 1所述过热保护器配合使用的浸入式电加热器, 包括 一个发热元件、 一个垂直设置的固定端面、 两个引出棒及多个固定柱, 其特 征在于所述端面的上部在发热元件的最高处朝向所述汉金属致动器的方向设 有一与所述的双金属致动器相适配的凸台, 所述的发热元件与所述的凸台用 导热性能良好的材料连接成一体。
7、 一种液体加热器, 包括带有电气电路的主体, 其特征在于所述主体包 括权利要求 1所述过热保护器和权利要求 6所述的浸入式电加热器。
