Abstract

【課題】 フレームレスであっても、耐候性に優れ、湿分がCIS系薄膜太陽電池デバイスまで侵入することを防止でき、発電効率の低下を防止できる太陽電池モジュール及びその製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 基板ガラス11と、基板ガラス11上に形成されたCIS系薄膜太陽電池デバイス12と、CIS系薄膜太陽電池デバイス12の受光面側に取り付けられたカバーガラス14と、基板ガラス11及びカバーガラス14を接着保持する充填材13とを有し、CIS系薄膜太陽電池デバイス12の端部から、基板ガラス11端部及びカバーガラス14の端部までの間にCIS系太陽電池デバイス12が形成されていないエッジスペースSを設けた。
