Abstract

　通信制御装置は、移動局装置宛てのパケットを蓄積するパケット蓄積部と、移動局装置の通信先が接続元の通信仲介装置から接続先の通信仲介装置に変更される前は移動局装置宛てのパケットを接続元の通信仲介装置に送信し、通信先が変更された後はパケット蓄積部が蓄積しているパケットを接続先の通信仲介装置に送信した後、移動局装置宛てのパケットを接続先の通信仲介装置に送信するパケット送信部とを備える。
