Abstract
A mold release agent composition for polyurethane foam molding which is excellent in mold release characteristics and can inhibit the deformation of cells and the staining of molds in molding. A mold release agent composition for polyurethane foam molding which comprises 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of a wax, 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of an oil-soluble oligomer, 0.05 to 50 parts by weight of a lipophilic solvent, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant, and 0.05 to 50 parts by weight of a hydrophilic solvent, the balance being water and the sum total being 100 parts by weight, and which takes the form of a W/O emulsion comprising a lipophilic solvent phase containing the wax and an aqueous phase dispersed in the solvent phase.
