Abstract

A dynamic image editing device is provided for making it possible to automatically edit dynamic images with an interesting story development along a certain theme. The dynamic image editing device is provided with a memory unit (13) that is comprised of an image database including metadata indicative of each scene content information of a plurality of dynamic image bases and each of image data, a relevancy database for storing their relevancy of the plurality of the dynamic image bases and an effect database for storing effects in the case of mutual combinations of the plurality of the dynamic image bases; an input unit (11) to which not less than one retrieval condition is input; and a processing unit (12) for retrieving the effect data base to extract a plurality of dynamic image bases arranged in a predetermined order.
