Abstract
Disclosed is a gas generator composition mainly comprising a fuel component and an oxidizing agent, wherein the fuel component comprises a compound (A) which is produced by reacting urea and a metal salt in a molten or dissolved state and which has a decomposition starting temperature of 160˚C or higher. The gas generator composition can produce a combusted gas containing small volumes of carbon monooxide and a nitrogen oxide, and has a low combustion temperature and high combustion performance. Preferably, the gas generator composition is used as a gas generation apparatus in a molded form.
