Abstract

反応容器プレートの外部からの異物の進入や、外部への環境汚染を防ぐ。 封止された反応容器5と、反応容器5に接続された反応容器流路13,15,17と、反応容器5とは別途設けられた封止された封止容器からなりサンプル液を収容するためのサンプル容器35を備えている。サンプル容器35は、尖端の鋭利な分注器具により貫通でき、かつ貫通後に分注器具を引き抜くとその貫通孔を弾性によって閉じることのできる弾性部材41によって封止されている。また、サンプル容器35はフィルム40によっても封止されている。
