Abstract

L'invention concerne des essais de suivi en hétéroduplex (HTA) utilisant des sondes d'ADN simple brins et des procédés de fabrication de sondes d'ADN simple brin et des procédés d'utilisation d'essais de suivi en hétéroduplex d'ADN simple brin et des procédés d'utilisation d'essais de suivi en hétéroduplex simple brin (HTA) pour utiliser la mesure de la consommation du co-récepteur CXCR4/CCR5 dans des mélanges viraux. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le HTA peut être utilisé cliniquement pour définir une population de patients ayant le VIH qui répondent différentiellement à certaines thérapies de VIH.
