Abstract

　不妊を主訴とする患者および健常男性から精液を採取し、それぞれの検体について、精液量、精子濃度、精子運動率、精子生存率を測定するとともに、精子に結合したSPMIを抗SPMI抗体を用いて検出し、SPMI結合量、SPMI結合率を算出した。その結果、一定以上のSPMI結合量もしくは一定以上のSPMI結合率の検体群には、患者由来の検体のみが含まれることがわかった。SPMI結合量およびSPMI結合率をもとめることにより、精子無力症を診断することが可能である。
