Abstract

　本発明によれば、Ｓ体選択性フェニルアラニンアミノムターゼをコードするＤＮＡを取得し、該ＤＮＡを含む形質転換体を用いてＬ－フェニルアラニン又は桂皮酸とアンモニアとから（Ｓ）－β－フェニルアラニンを製造する。また、本発明によれば、Ｓ体選択性フェニルアラニンアミノムターゼをコードするＤＮＡを取得し、該ＤＮＡを含む形質転換体を用いてＬ－フェニルアラニン類似体から対応する（Ｓ）－β－フェニルアラニン類似体を製造する。
