Abstract

A shaft connection mechanism (1) for an electric power steering device has a connection base (3) connected to a rotation shaft (2), a connection base (5) connected to a rotation shaft (4), rotation transmission members (6, 7) superposed on each other in the axial direction A, an intermediate member (8) placed between the rotation transmission members (6, 7), and joint means (9) for joining the rotation transmission members (6, 7) together.
