Abstract

　電源電圧の切り替えによる高周波電力増幅器の遅延ずれ（遅延量の変化）を補正することができる高周波送信装置。この高周波送信装置（１００）は、ＤＣ／ＤＣコンバータ（１０４）の出力電圧（Ｖｄｓ）、つまり電力増幅器（１０５）の電源電圧（Ｖｄｓ）を切り替えると同時に、第１及び第２の選択スイッチ（１０９－１，１０９－２）により、電力増幅器（１０５）へ高周波変調信号を入力する高周波伝送線路に接続する遅延線を、第１及び第２遅延線（１０８－１，１０８－２）のうちの最適な遅延線に切り替える。これにより、電源電圧（Ｖｄｓ）の切り替えによる電力増幅器（１０５）の遅延量の変動（遅延ずれ）を補正することができるので、ＲＦ出力の歪みが少ない高周波送信装置を実現することができる。
