Abstract

Venetian blind for window bays and the like comprising a box (4), a set of blades vertically movable in relation to the box and a means of lighting the blades, the movable blades having a final blade (3) on an opposite side of the box (4) and intermediary blades (5) between the box and the final blade. The intermediary blades (5) are made of a material that allows light to pass through. The blade lighting means are located in at least one of the final blades (3) and the box (4) and diffuse light toward the intermediary blades (5) and through them.
