The invention relates to a sun shading, privacy protection and/or antiglare slat (1), preferably for mounting on a supporting structure (2), particularly for producing a sun shading, privacy and/or antiglare device (1). To this end, the slat (1) has a first and a second side (3, 4), and the slat (1) is designed and/or can be arranged in such a manner that the first side (3) can be turned toward a possible light source, and the second side (4) can be turned toward a surface, which is to be protected from an excess incidence of light, and/or toward a room that is to be protected.
