本发明的有益效果是: 提供的一种复合式口罩, 可以使民众避免吸入 毒性气体与有害人体的粒子, 又可让民众呼吸顺畅而不需额外施加力道于 呼吸上, 另外口罩的汰换仅需更换滤材层即可继续使用口罩, 延长了口罩 的使用寿命。

首先,请参阅图 3 ,为本发明的一较佳实施例的结构示意图。如图所示, 本发明的复合式口罩 30包含一第一壳体 32、 至少一第一滤材层 34与一第 二滤材层 36; 其中, 第一壳体 32的外侧是设置第一滤材层 34,且第一壳体 32对应第一滤材层 34的位置设置复数个第一气孔 322。 第二滤材层 36是 设置于第一壳体 32的内侧,第二滤材层 36的孔径比第一滤材层 34更小,第 一滤材层 34是过滤有机气体与带菌气体, 第二滤材层 36用以过滤第一滤 材层 34无法过滤的气体, 其包含粉尘。 第一壳体 32为气密性材质, 所以 呼出或吸入的气体仅能经由复数个第一气孔 322通过第一滤材层 34与第二 滤材层 36。
第一滤材层 34的过滤面积小于第二滤材层 36的过滤面积。 第一滤材 ^ 34包含至少一层第一滤材与复数个第一微粒状滤材, 其中该些第一微粒 状滤材是均匀平面分布, 并搭配第一滤材交叉混合设置, 以使空气均匀通 过第一滤材层 34。第二滤材层 36包含至少一层第二滤材与复数个第二微粒 状滤材, 其中第二微粒状滤材是均匀平面分布, 并搭配第二滤材交叉,混合 设置, 以使空气均匀通过第二滤材层 36。 且第二滤材层 36与第一壳体 32
之间形成一空气腔室, 导致通过第一滤材层 34的气体与呼出的气体平均通 过第二滤材层 36。
如图 4A所示, 民众使用本发明的复合式口罩 30吸入外部空气, 其中 第一壳体 32是选自于气密性材质, 而让外部空气无法通过第一壳体 32, 因 此外部空气仅可通过第一滤材层 34;通过第一滤材层 34的外部空气均匀通 过第二滤材层 36。 如图 4B所示, 民众使用本发明的复合式口罩 30呼出体 内的气体, 其中呼出的气体均勾扩散通过第二滤材层 36; 通过第二滤材层 36的气体仅可通过第一滤材层 34通过第二滤材层 36的气体无法通过第一 壳体 32,。 吸入的外部空气与人体呼出的气体仅可通过第一滤材层 34与第 二滤材层 36, 因此复合式口罩 30提升过滤气体的效率。
如图 5A与图 5B所示,本实施例中,第一滤材层 34包含复数层第一滤材 342、 344、 346,以及复数层第一微粒状滤材层 348、 350。 第二滤材层 36包 含复数层第二滤村 362、 364、 366,以及复数层第二微粒状滤材层 368、 370。 第 一微粒状滤材层 348、 350, 以及第二 粒状滤材层 368、 370皆包含复数个 微粒状滤材, 以使气体无法分别于固定流动路径通过第一滤材层 34与第二 滤材层 36,并让复合式口罩 30借由第二滤材层 36与第一壳体 32的空腔导 致呼吸的气体均勾扩散通过第二滤材层 36。如此本发明的复合式口罩 30可 延长第一滤材层 34与第二滤材层 36的使用寿命。
如图 3所示, 第二滤材层 38与第一壳体 34之间形成的空腔是让本发 明的复合式口罩 30具有气体压力的緩沖空间, 因此, 民众使用本发明的复 合式口罩 30进行呼吸时不需额外施加力道, 且呼吸所产生的压力不会造成 复合式口罩 30变形, 如此民众呼吸时不会因此产生窒息感。
另外, 本发明的复合式口罩 30更包含一第一固定件 40与一第二固定 件 42。 其中, 第一固定件 40设置于第一壳体 32的边缘, 以固定使用者的 口鼻于第一壳体 32的包覆范围内, 第二固定件 42为两环带装置, 其是连 接第一固定件 40的左右两侧, 以用于固定本发明的复合式口罩 30而不易 松脱或掉落, 另外, 第二固定件 42亦可仅设置一环带装置, 并连接第一固 定件 40。 如此, 本发明的复合式口罩 30是可透过第一固定件 40完整覆盖 口鼻, 且不会与面部皮肤形成空隙, 以避免外部不干净的气体因此流入第 一壳体 32所包覆的内部空间。
以上所述, 本发明的复合式口罩 30是可完全隔开口鼻与外部空气, 并 可利用空气腔室緩冲纾解呼吸所产生的压力, 以供民众使用复合式口罩 30 呼吸到千净的空气, 并使民众的口鼻可在复合式口罩 30中轻松呼吸。
请参阅图 6, 其为本发明的另一较佳实施例的结构示意图。 其中图 3与 图 6的不同是图 3的第一壳体 32设置复数个第一气孔 322于对应第一滤材 层 34的位置, 图 6的第一壳体 52设置一第一气口 522于对应第一滤材^
54的位置, 且第一滤材层 54与第二滤材层 56是包含复数层蜂巢状滤网,以 及复数层抗菌除臭层, 其中该些蜂巢状滤网是每一个蜂巢状网格分别设置 一微粒状滤材, 且该些蜂巢状滤网为水平式结构。 本发明的复合式口罩 50 是第一壳体 52设置第一气口 522, 以使呼吸的气体大面积通过第一滤材层 54。
本实施例中,第一滤材层 54包含三层第一蜂巢状滤网 542、 544、 546,以及 二层第一抗菌除臭层 548、 550, 其中第一抗菌除臭层 548、 550为二层抗菌 除臭纤维。 第二滤材层 56包含三层第二蜂巢状滤网 562、 564、 566, 以及 二层第一抗菌除臭层 568、 570, 其中第二抗菌除臭层 568、 570为二层抗菌 除臭纤维。 当呼吸的气体供过第一滤材层 54与第二滤材层 56时, 将让蜂 巢状滤网使呼吸的气体更无法固定流动路径, 以让复合式口罩 50借由第二 滤材层 56与第一壳体 52所形成的空气腔室, 而导致呼吸的气体平均通过 第一滤材层 54与第二滤材层 56, 且该空气腔室降低呼吸所产生的压降, 而 减低使用者使用口罩呼吸所产生的呼吸不适感。 如此本发明的复合式口罩 50可延长第一滤材层 54与第二滤材层 56的使用寿命。
另外, 当第一滤材层 54无法继续过滤使用者呼吸的气体时, 将可仅抽 换第一滤材层 54成另一崭新的第一滤材层 64,其是未使用于过滤呼吸的气 体。 如此, 本发明的复合式口罩 50是可减少汰换口罩所造成的垃圾量, 且 因复合式口罩 50仅汰换第一滤材层 54为崭新的第一滤材层 64, 所以无须 重新穿戴本发明的复合式口罩 50,亦即抽换第一滤材层 54为崭新的第一滤 材层 64时, 使用者可让第一固定件 60与第二固定件 62仍然固定复合式口 罩 50于口鼻上, 以减少时间耗费于重新穿戴 '复合式口罩 50。 且因第一滤材 层 54为一可抽换的抛弃式结构, 所以民众更可依据出入场所使第一滤材层 54包含不同材质, 若出入场所为医院, 则第一滤材层 54须包含抗菌材质或 除菌材质, 若出入场所为建筑工地, 则第一滤材层 54须包含过滤粉尘的材 质, 若出入场所为化学工厂,则第一滤材层 54须包含过滤化合物的材质。如 此确保民众可于任何出入场所之中使用本发明的复合式口罩 50, 以正常呼 吸。
请 阅图 7, 其为本发明的另一较佳实施例的结构示意图。 其中图 3与 图 7的不同是图 7的第一壳体 72更连接一外盖 74与一第二壳体 84, 外盖 74用以固定第一滤材层 76于第一壳体 72, 第 壳体 84用以避免第一滤材 层 76受到雨水淋湿。 本发明的复合式口罩 70更可于第一壳体 72的外侧设 置一外盖 74与一第二壳体 84, 其中第二壳体 84的上侧与左右两侧的边缘 是与第一壳体 72相接, 以形成一向下开放式空间, 其是供呼吸的气体改由 该向下开放式空间的开口进出而不受第二壳体 84 阻隔。 其中第二壳体 84 亦为气密性材质, 以使水滴无法通过, 用于避免微粒状滤材受到水滴的影
响而导致外形改变或无法吸附毒性气体与有害人体的粒子。
第一滤材层 76.是借由一外盖 74固定于第一壳体 72所设置的容置槽,且外 盖 74是设置于容置槽的外侧, 以对应向下开放式空间的开口, 因此方便于 汰换无法继续使用的第一滤材层 76。 如图 8A所示, 当第一滤材层 76是无 法继续过滤呼吸的气体时, 将开启外盖 74, 以抽换无法继续使用的第一滤 材'层 76为另一崭新第一滤材层 86, 其是未使用于过滤呼吸的气体。 当另一 崭新的第一滤材层 86设置于第一壳体 72的容置槽时, 将使外盖 74固定第 一滤材层 86, 如图 8B所示。 另外, 汰换第一滤材层 76时, 使用者可让第 一固定件 80与第二固定件 82仍固定复合式口罩 70于口鼻上。
如图 9A所示, 民众使用本发明的复合式口罩 70吸入外部空气, 其中 第一壳体 72为气密性材质, 外部空气无法通过第一壳体 72, 外部空气先进 入第一壳体 72与第二壳体 84所形成的向下开放式空间, 并随即通过第一 滤材层 76;通过第一滤材层 76的外部空气均勾扩散通过第二滤材层 78。 如 图 9B所示, 民众使用本发明的复合式口罩 70呼出体内的气体, 其中呼出 的气体均勾扩散通过第二滤材层 78;通过第二滤材层 78的气体无法通过第 一壳体 72, 通过第二滤材层 78的气体仅可通过第一滤材层 76, 且通过第 一滤材层 76 的气体会从向下开放式空间流出。 因此, 使用复合式口罩 70 的民众不受第二壳体 84的影响而呼吸不顺畅或无法呼吸, 且不需担心复合 式口罩 70淋雨后会降低过滤气体的效能。
请参阅图 10,其为本发明的另一较佳实施例的结构示意图。 其中图 3与 图 10的不同是图 3的第一滤材层 76包含三层第一滤材 762、 764、 766,图 10的第一滤材层 96包含三层定位夹板 962、 964、 966。 本发明的复合式口 罩 90是利用三层定位夹板 962、 964、 966固定二层第一微粒状滤材 968、 970。 三层定位夹板 962、 964、 966之间是借由二层第一微粒状滤材 968、 970形成两层气体流动的空间, 以使呼吸的气体无法固定其流动的路径, 用 于让复合式口罩 90借由第二滤材层 98与第一壳体 92的空气腔室导致呼吸 的气体平均通过第一滤材层 96与第二滤材层 98。如此本发明的复合式口罩 90可延长第一滤材层 96与第二滤材层 98的使用寿命。
且, 当复合式口罩 90需更换第一滤材层 96时, 将可让使用者仍以第 一固定件 100与第二固定件 102固定复合式口罩 90于口鼻上。 而第二壳体 104则避免该些第一微粒状滤材 968、970受到外部水滴渗入第一滤材层 96。 另外, 第一滤材层 96与第二滤材层 98之间更设置一阻隔层, 其将通过第 一滤材层 96或第二滤材层 98的粒子吸附于阻隔层上, 以阻隔通过第一滤 材层 96或第二滤材层 98的粒子, 进而增加复合式口罩的过滤效能。
此外, 本发明的复合式口罩除了提供身体健全的民众使用外, 更可提 供病患 用 , 以避免病患将飞沫传染的病菌或病毒经由呼吸传播至空气中,
其是利用包含除菌滤材或抗菌滤材的第二滤材层过滤病菌或病毒, 以阻止 病菌或病毒传播至空气中。 如此更可降低飞沫传染的传染病蔓延, 例如流 行性感冒、 严重急性呼吸道症候群 ( SARS , Severe Acute Resiratory Syndrome )等传染病。
综上所述, 本发明为一种复合式口罩, 其包含一第一壳体、 一笫二壳 体、 至少一第一滤材层与一第二滤材层, 其中第一壳体设置于该第一滤材 层的内侧, 第二滤材层设置于第一壳体的内侧, 第一壳体与第二滤材层形 成一容置槽, 第一滤材层是设置于该容置槽, 第二滤材层是设置于第一壳 体的内侧。 吸入的空气先通过第一滤材层再通过第二滤材层, 呼出的气体 先通过第二滤材层再通过第一滤材层, 对于吸入的空气而言, 第一滤材层 先过滤粉尘的粒子, 第二滤材层过滤粒径较小的粒子', 对于呼出的气体而 言, 第二滤材层是可过滤细菌或其他杂质。 若身体健全的民众使用复合式 口罩, 则可避免吸入毒性气体与有害人体的粒子,若病患使用复合式口罩,则 除了避免吸入毒性气气与有害人体的粒子外, 更可避免病患所帶原的传播 至空气中。
以上所述, 仅为本发明一较佳实施例而已, 并非用来限定本发明实施 的范围, 故举凡依本发明权利要求范围所述的形状、 构造、 特征及精神所 为的均等变化与修饰, 均应包括于本发明的权利要求范围内。 工业应用'^ 本发明是有关于一种复合式口罩, 其包含一第一壳体、 至少一第一滤 材层与一第二滤材层, 其中第一滤材层是设置于第一壳体的外侧, 第一壳 体是设置于第二滤材层的外侧, 第一壳体的外侧设置一容置槽, 以容置第 一滤材层。 第一滤材层的过滤面积小于第二滤材层, 第一滤材层的孔径大 于第二滤材层, 第二滤材层可过滤第一滤材层无法过滤的气体; 且一旦第 一滤材层无法用于过滤气体时, 将可抽换成另至少一第一滤材层, 以继续 用于过滤气体。 另外, 第一滤材层可依据使用的场所改变材质, 例如半导 体制程的无尘室需要使用过滤酸性气体的材质, 医院需要使用抑菌或除菌 的材质。
权 利 要 求
1、 一种复合式口罩, 其特征在于, 其包含有:
至少一第一滤材层;
一第一壳体, 其设置于该第一滤材层的内侧,并设置一气孔对应于该第 一滤材层; 以及
一第二滤材层, 其设置于该第一壳体的内侧,并与该第二滤材层之间具 有一空气腔室;
其中, 该第一滤材层的过滤面积是小于该第二滤材层的过滤面积,且透 过该空气腔室以降低压降。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于, 该第一壳体的外侧 更 Ϊ殳置一第二壳体, 其为气密性材质, 并与该第一壳体的上侧、 左侧与右 侧的边缘相接, 以形成一向下开放式空间。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第一滤材层为一抛 弃式结构。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第一壳体是选自于 气密性材质。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第一滤材层为过滤 有机气体或带菌气体。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第二滤材层的粒径 为小于粉尘的粒径大小。
7、 一种复合式口罩, 其特征在于, 其包含有:
至少一第一滤材层; 以及
一第二滤材层, 其设置于该第一滤材层的一侧,且该第二滤材层的过滤 孔径小于该第一滤材层的过滤孔径。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第一滤材层为过滤 有机气体或带菌气体。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第二滤材层的粒径 为小于粉尘的粒径大小。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于,该第一滤材层的过 滤面积是小于该第二滤材层的过滤面积。
11、 如权利要求 7所述的复合式口罩, 其特征在于, 该第一滤材层与 该第二滤材层之间更设置一壳体, 其设置一气孔对应于该第一滤材层。
