Description

MOUNTING EMBODIMENT FOR DEMOUNTABLE FACADE COVERING
PANEL
Technical Field
The invention relates to mounting applications of outer facade covering panels such as marble, granite, ceramic, terra-cotta, wood, metal etc.
The invention particularly relates to mounting embodiments providing demounting of outer facade such as marble, granite, ceramic, terra-cotta, wood, metal etc. when required.
Prior Art In order to cover the outer facade of buildings, tiling panels made of various materials such as marble, granite, ceramic, terra-cotta, wood, metal etc. and mounting embodiments for them have been realized. Outer facade of the building can be covered with painting and different materials as well as PVC based materials called siding which has been developed recently. In addition to known conventional methods, with the main aim of increasing insulation of outer facade of buildings, ceramic covering applications based on metal, wood or stone/soil having advantages of quick mounting, hygienic anti-bacterial, easy recycling, not requiring maintenance constantly, not fading in color in time, easy to clean have been performed. The said embodiments can be mounted onto outer facade following completion of wall buildings. The tiling consists of outer profiles in form of scaffolding connected onto outer facade of the building with anchorages and panels connected onto the profiles. As the outer facade covering is made of soil based material, it enables use of less chemical materials, high resistance against environmental and geographic conditions, realization of the building insulation with outer facade and realization of the planned design. It also provides realization of color combination of the outer facade without tone differences.
Agrob Buchtal (http://www.agrob-buchtal.de) is the manufacturer and applying organization in terra cotta outer facade sector. _ _
Material of terra-cotta facade covering system consists of mounting the facade panels made of material which is baked clay of various size and dimension onto main support system provided on the facade surface by means of auxiliary components such as aluminum support profiles and pin, clips, piping etc. The main support system is composed of galvanized coated box profiles and anchorage components connecting the said profiles to existing facade consisting of materials such as concrete, bricks, aerated concrete, bimsblock etc. Connecting components such as steel dowels, plastic dowels etc. can be applied to the anchorage components.
The applications numbered DE3620323, entitled "Facade tile", numbered DE19803150, entitled "Building outer wall facade cladding unit", numbered GB2067622, entitled "building facade", numbered GB2126617 entitled "Improvements relating to cladding sheets" can be given as examples for ceramic panels seated onto the cladding determined and prepared on the said wall outer facade . The application numbered TR200603615 and entitled "embodiment for profile interlocked building outer facade covering" discloses profiles mounted onto building outer facade wall, an extension providing rigid grasping of the profiles, clamps connecting the bricks to the profiles and inner details of the clamps.
In the said applications, mounting of the ceramic panels seated onto the profiles with special claws is not easily realized because of its complication and special apparatus requirement. Building outer facade panels are not appropriate for change or maintenance due to mounting embodiments. In case of damage onto the panels, it is not easy to perform the repair works either. When it is needed to make changes in design or color design of the outer facade in time, complete modification is required. Long time demanding modifications causes workforce, time and material losses. For quick and easy performance of building covering, embodiments easy to mount and demount are needed.
Purpose of the Invention

the outer building facade covering such as marble, granite, ceramic, terra-cotta, wood, metal, etc.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide easy and simple mounting of the building outer facade panels. Thus the workforce, time and cost advantages have been provided.
A further purpose of the invention is to provide demounting of the building outer facade covering panels when required. Thus maintenance and repair works can be performed easily.
In order to achieve the said purposes, improvements have been made in building outer facade covering means consisting of at least one building wall and covering panels of multi quantity mounted to the said wall providing mounting/demounting of the covering panels such as marble, granite, ceramic, terra-cotta, metal, wood etc. to the building outer facade.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, support profile of multi number connected to the said covering panels, supporting the said covering panels, keeping the said covering panels in suspension in order to provide connection of the said covering panel to the building wall.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to connect the said supporting profile to the building wall, a system supporting profile whose one surface is connected to the supporting profiles and the other surface to the anchorages has been provided.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to connect the said supporting profile to the building wall, an anchorage of several number and in "L" form in the alignment supporting profile whose one edge is connected to the building wall has been provided.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to provide connection of the said covering panel to the supporting profile, seat duct of several number in the housing geometry embodied separately for covering panel to be connected to _
right, left or single direction on the said supporting profile, rounding downward has been realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to provide connection of the said covering panel to the supporting profile, fixing pins of several number connected to the mounting holes existing or to be drilled on the side parts of the said covering panel, having determined cap diameters and helical treads, seated onto the said seating duct in a manner cap part is inserted have been realized.
Thus, much easier mounting is realized and saving in time and qualified workforce requirement is provided. Therefore, while it is not likely to replace solely a panel in the related art, pin and seating duct enables easy replacement.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to prevent leakage of foreign materials into the back surface of the covering panel and building wall and to prevent vibration, a piping connected to the ducts formed on the said supporting profile, sealing the edge surface of the covering panel contacting the supporting profile, serving as sealing and durable against corrosion has been provided.
